4 junior suites, 4 suites, 4 single rooms and 28 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee).     Great located hotel in the heart of Fatih

    We stayed at this hotel in July 2025 during our visit to Istanbul. First we had a little issue with the hotel staff. They have not updated our booking details, and we had to be placed into a different room, not the one we booked. The next day they prepared the originally booked room for us, and then we moved out there. The first-time experience was not so positive, but we decided to stay and give it a chance. We stayed 5 days, and the overall impression is of a good hotel with a very convenient location. I would not say the hotel is super nice because it is pretty old. But because of location, I give it 5 stars.

    The room was not clean when we arrived and is was so small! We left a note that we were going for a honeymoon and the receptionist told us “ special room” and it was a normal room and less than normal! The staff at the check in was friendly but the night shift wasn’t! The food was not good at all and everything was old and dirty!

    Our experience was just awful. We were misleaded by the tourist sites thinking this would be a suitable hotel for a 1-week stay, but this hotel is simply a big fat scam. It does not deserve the money we paid.The rooms are not soundproof at all! Every single noise can be heard : we were at the 2nd floor and heard sounds from the second floor thinking our rooms would be isolated. No decoration was there, the whole "glorious 4 star hotel" dream was shattered by narrow corridors and dirty rooms, inside of a shady street (many thieves in there!).The staff were disastrous and didn't speak English, we had many electricity cuts which scared people off the elevators, the bedsheets were dirty and there was fungus on the walls! The rooms are dry and tend to be extremely hot given that we have no control over the temperature.The breakfast served is always the same and it is disgusting. Their juice making machines did not work and were blurting out filthy stuff. The bar is not open and the "view on the city" that was promised to us in the rooms was all lies, we just had a blank wall. The view was overall miserable. The bed sheets are broken and the room is not cleaned.The staff is extremely rude and impolite : they do not help and they are unwelcoming. The owner even insulted us once! They are always frowned. They only speak Turkish (not what they promised on the site) and they are really unhelpful.Overall a terrible experience. Really expensive and does not deserve 4 stars. We switched hotels mid-trip because they kicked us out for a misunderstanding, LEAVING OUR LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN A PUBLIC AREA! The owner had a terrible attitude and refused to help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A TOURIST.

    We spent one week at the hotel. It is very clean and secure. The hotel location is close to the metro station and the tramway. The room was spotless and the staff were very kind and respectful. The breakfast was diverse and you can find different types of cheese, vegetables, fruits, eggs, jam, coffee etc. You can access WiFi for free and you are able to communicate with the receptionists in Arabic or English (and other languages). I am certain that I will always choose this hotel in the future. Thank you Very much

    I wasn’t happy with this hotel at all, I don’t think it’s worth the price. The beds were not made and sheets not changed and when I called reception I was informed that this is their policy. Breakfast was also not Accomodatitive for international travelers Samir Deluxe Ho, Genel Müdür at Samir Hotel Deluxe, responded to this review We are sorry for this bad experience you had, but now we have a new management in our hotel, if you visit again one day, you can understand this difference and will see our service quality is much better fromm before. We are sorry agaien.
