    I've stayed with them twice already and would return a third time if necessary. Super friendly staff, specially Malik and the manager. Big, clean and silent room and super comfortable bed. Good hot shower, amazing after a long walking day. Satisfactory breakfast. The hotel is simple, but offers enough comfort. Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

    We reserved and paid 2 rooms for 4 people with 3 months in advance and when we arrived they said that there was no rooms available and they offered either a 4 bed room or 2 rooms in another hotel , we decided to get the 2 rooms and at the end they gave 1 room in one hotel end another in other hotel . We went to Aanta Sophia on next day morning, had the breakfast but the new rooms where not available so we went out to see the city and came back in the evening and finally we got our rooms. As we complained to our travel agency when we arrived we found an hostile attitude form them mainly from the guy that managed the situation on first day , according to him he managed to give us an alternative and we were happily with the solution when this was not the case? His attitude was the same during the 5 days which was uncomfortable for us . In other hand, the hotel is well located and the rooms were clean .

    Decent, clean room.Breakfast okay.Good location, just a short, uphill walk to Cemberlitas tram Station.Enough happening in the area without being too frantic. Easy walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Good find over all.

    Worst Hotel ever! BED BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! We booked the hotel for 4 nights with a group of friends. When we arrived they told us we can only sleep in the basement. The rooms are definitely not as they are shown in the pictures, way smaller. You cannot move with two people in there. So they offered us a three bedroom room (which was a normal hotel room for two people but they put two beds in there) so instead of two payed rooms we only got one room and this room and our friends room had bed bugs!! We immediately checked out after the first night when we noticed. And now they are refusing to give us our money back.

    Hotel staff is EXTREMELY rude! If you call on their reception then they don’t talk to you properly and say “we are busy” and hang up the call. And if you send them an email they never reply! Better pay little extra money and book a hotel where they know how to talk with respect and how to treat their guests!
