    Great hotel, clean rooms and great location. We would definitly come back again. Guys at reception were always smiling, and open to help with everything what we needed. Great view from our bedroom. Everything was close to hotel, like Grand Bazzar, shops, lokal restaurants and place next to Marmara sea for having night walk or picnic. Thanks for having great time at hotel in Istanbul and cozy bed. ☺️

    I’m a good position the hotel is clean and close to main attractions. Very friendly staff , helpful and prepared . Good breakfast with original Turkey delicious vegetable and olives ! That’s what I love !!! Thanks far all and compliments to staff

    Please don't book this hotel ..The owner and staff are worst . They deny accomodation even after full payment that to at the time of checkin.I would like to share my booking experience.I visited Istanbul on 13 th june it was my daughter's birthday. Me and friends we were in total 7 adults and 4 kids . This hotel was booked by my agent on agoda.We arrived at this hotel for check-in at 2 pm after traveling from morning 4 am . We all were very tired as the airport too was around 1.45 hours away , when we entered the hotel the hotel staff denied check in by saying that they don't allow children below 7 years , we were really shocked . We said that your hotel site has written that children are welcome and you charge 18 dollars extra for kids which we were ready to pay but the hotel staff said that you haven't mentioned in the booking so we cannot entertain you ...we were like totally shocked that what type of hospitality they are giving to there customers . They said we can allow you without kids ....what the hell ...what type of human being they are totally idiot n nonsense. Then we requested them that our agent missed mentioning about kids but we are ready to pay but there manager was saying sir rules are rules we can not allow kids and don't accept your booking..... Then after long discussion the mangee gave us very stupid and idiotic example of rules saying as many hotel don't accept animals so we also cannot allow kids if its not mentioned..... To my horror it shooted up my temper when that stupid guy compare our kids with animals....Such an idiot manger and the lady who were present at the reception.At the last we had to book another hotel near by..And top of it when we reported about this conduct to the agent and asked for refund , our agent sent all the mail for refund . The hotel replied "No Show" for our reservation . And denied refund ...We all waited and put are case to agoda too but when they couldn't do anything . I have to come up on this forum to make other people aware about these fraud peopleSo please beware about this hotel they are fraudster .

    WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD! AVOID BOOKING HERE! DESCRIPTION IS NOT AT ALL CORRECT!

    This place is disgusting and absolutely horrible! We are shocked that they even operate a company and refer to it as a hotel. This is only going to be acceptable as a homeless shelter. When we made our reservation for our seven-day trip to Istanbul we believed that the hotel's pictures, rates, and reviews were reasonable, so we didn't anticipate any unpleasant surprises. We had no idea that the people running this "business" might actually be real scammers, as well as being a tourist trap. The information about this hotel that is available online DOES NOT portray the situation there at all. The rooms are filthy and smell bad. There was mold all over the disgusting bathroom. The window and doors don't close completely or are broken. The walls were covered in stains, grease, and who knows what else, and the sheets were stained and hole-filled. When we realized we had been fooled, we went to the reception to check out, but when we asked for an invoice for the seven days we had already paid for (BTW, they DO NOT REFUND under any circumstances), they refused to give it to us. In addition, they told Booking.com that we had never checked in so they wouldn't receive a review from us. It's a TOTAL DUMP! Don't make a reservation here!

    The fact that this hotel hasn’t had any recent reviews is indeed a red flag. I booked a room for one person, immediately messaged to ask to change to two persons and they as told it’s a double room anyway. I replied great thank you. Ok as changed and I needed a room for three, asked if I could upgrade or if they can add another room and was told this is fine for an additional €40. My sister then went ahead and booked her flight. I went back to the hotel to confirm the additional bed to be told it’s two people max. I tried very hard to work with them for an additional room but they had no rooms and wouldn’t allow the room for 3 people. I then had no choice but to cancel and thought the hotel would understand, they charged me immediately and said it’s because it’s non refundable,. I understand this but thought on this occasion due to the miscommunication they would allow a waive but they flat out refused, even got booking dot com involved who said they would waive their commission for the hotel but the hotel refused. I gave the hotel one months notice cancellation, therefore they could’ve reseller the room, booking dot com was waiting their commission so they were not out of pocket at all so I don’t understand why they couldn’t meet me halfway? I even ask for a partial refund and they still refused. Don’t stay here as you can see from the other reviews it’s a dirty, outdated hotel with greedy owners. Ended up booking the Marmara instead and already their service has been 10 times better than this hotel.
