    I am happy to take the extra effort to move out from Paxx Hotel and Hostel which was horrible. At Paxx, I did a small load of laundry for TL 100 but the laundry was returned unfolded in my own plastic bag, a bit moist. The room is so cramped that only allow a small person to walk through a person at a time. The toilet has no paper and the trash bin was filthy and never emptied for days I stayed there. The listing said breakfast was provided but this is a liar. I had waited outside the hostel for 10 minutes as the instruction said press the door bell and wait. It was another guest who told me the owner is in the bar just across the street. I did and he was playing with his phone. BTW, there are 2 door bells there and the phone number to contact is not linked to What's App.

    Booked a double room with "en suite" and breakfast included for 22Euros per night. There was no "en suite" and no breakfast on Sundays, other days breakfast was derisory. Checked in and told to pay 40 dollars per night. "If you don't like it find elsewhere! Thanks to the 1 worker, it is clean and the bed comfy. The owner is rude and the facilities do not exist. It is close to tourist sites in Sultanahmet.

    Even though the hostel sent a confirmation of reservations on June 30, 2022 for 24 people for July 20th and 21st, two days before our arrival at the hostel we were told that there was no room for all of us.The owners said there was a mistake and they received more reservations than they have available rooms. At our insistence that they provide us accommodation under the same conditions, since they made a mistake, they told us to try to manage on our own.We do not advise anyone to book rooms in this hostel as bookings are not reliable.

    Such an amazing, wonderful and fascinating location in the heart of Istanbul. All the most hot attractions are just a few steps walk . Sea on the east, Topkapi palace in north, hagia sofia and blue mosque in north and the markets and restaurants just behind the location makes the property an amazing place to stay, chill and enjoy. Secondly the staff is very very friendly and cooperative. My a week there was like I’m staying in my home .

    I spent a week in this hotel and I can surely say that I relished spending time there. The staff is so welcoming and pleasant people. Always ready to help you, to talk with you. Breakfast is really good and tasty. The rooms are clean, and being cleaned regularly, very comfy, bed linens are very cozy and spotless, towels are also good, the bathroom and the toilet are very clean, the water is warm/hot any time of the day, so that you can take a proper shower :) There is a nice terrace where you can talk with other residents, with people from other countries and make some good friends! If I come to Istanbul one more time I will definitely stay there and I advice you too! You will truly enjoy your staying there 😍P.s. I don’t know why but I loved blankets so much (the ones on the beds). That was the best blanket in my life. They are so big and comforting!
