  Warm Hospitality & A Comfortable Stay

  We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist made us feel very welcome, even arranging an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our trip so much more comfortable.A special thank you to Mr. Gurkan, who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and kindly lent us a metro card, making it much easier for us to get around the city. His generosity and helpful attitude truly made a difference in our experience.We highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and exceptional service.   Amazing hotel in the heart of Taksim

  Our family stayed at Sentire Hotels & Residences for 13 days, and honestly, we couldn't have picked a better place. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how amazing the hotel smells, it’s so welcoming and fresh!The interior design is also very impressive. I loved the artworks, paintings, and the stylish furniture throughout the building and in the room. It doesn't feel like a standard, boring hotel; it has a lot of character and a very modern, high-end vibe.Also, our room was spotless and very clean! The housekeeping team and the cleaning ladies did a fantastic job every single day, keeping everything super tidy and organized. And that view of Taksim Square was absolutely unbeatable. Watching the heart of Istanbul from our window was the highlight of our mornings.When it comes to service, Concierge team here is what makes the experience 10/10. The concierge was so helpful and suggested some really great local restaurants that we loved. Huge thanks to the doormen, Mr. Gürkan and Mr. Tuna, for their kindness and for making us feel so safe and welcome every time we stepped out.To the whole Sentire team: thank you for a wonderful experience.   Good location aparthotel in Istiklal Street

  This aparthotel is centrally located in Istiklal Street. Location wise is good for all the shopping and dining. You’re spoilt for choices. We stayed in a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. It comes with a full kitchen with electric stove and oven, crockeries, pots and pans, kettle, refrigerator and a dishwasher. This will be good for families who intend to cook. The plus point why we chose this 2 bedroom is because it comes with a washing machine and dryer. We were in Türkiye for 2 weeks and this is a big help for us to wash all our clothes before we fly back home. The staffs there Hussein and Nedim were very attentive, helpful and nice. They help us in all queries. Keep it guys!! 👍🏼 Things to note is that this hotel entrance is not easily spotted and not accessible by road and there’s no driveway infront of the hotel. The main road is a distance away down the slope. You’ll have to drag your luggages up and down the slope.   Spacious, Clean and Excellent Service

  We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and highly recommend it for families. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially Hussein, Nedim, the concierge, and the housekeeper.Hussein went above and beyond by helping us with directions, ensuring we arrived safely, and assisting with our plans using a map. Nedim kindly arranged our departure transfer, made sure our stay was comfortable, and patiently guided us on how to use the stove and apartment facilities.The housekeeper did an excellent job keeping our apartment clean throughout our stay and always greeted us warmly with a smile, which made us feel very welcome.On the day of departure, Hussein and the concierge were incredibly helpful with luggage storage and even walked us down to the airport transfer with all six of our bags — truly appreciated!The location is excellent: close to the train station, in the heart of the shopping district, and surrounded by plenty of eateries. We were able to walk to Galata Tower, and there was easy access to Sultanahmet as well. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended.   A splendid visit. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well appointed with kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable bedding. Balcony was nice. Overall a lovely stay and would repeat.
