    Very pleasant stay!Staff very helpful and prompt with all our requests. Honestly didn’t need to request much as the rooms already had everything needed. Clean and tidy.Great housekeeping staff and service.Would definitely recommend and stay again.Travel to and was easy as well - bus stop right outside hotel and good access for Uber!All 4 of us are very happy with our stay.

    our visit to Istanbul was due to a serious illness in the family and this hotel was chosen for us by the hospital as it is close by and a minibus is provided. The room was a studio with lounge, dining area and basic kitchen as well as a bathroom with washing machine. Be prepared for street noise especially buses who sound their horn every time they stopBreakfast was a plate with a mixture of sweet and savoury including fruit. we wasted most if it and asked for just fresh fruit and honey. This was supplied without any problems. A buffet appeared after a few days with three dishes. They seem good if that was your taste. There is a limited menu for dinner but we enjoyed sharing the steak and chips and a salad.Staff are very helpful.Hotel is in a residential area and not near any green spaces or tourist sites.

    1. I was on a family vacation so when i arrived at the at about 10 pm at night the hotel suite which i was booked in for had only one AC in one room. The other room was very dingy and was very warm in summer.2. When i went and asked the receptionist he give me a blank face and had no intention of helping us out.3. So the room had no kitchen amenities it was totally empty and was not very clean either.4. I requested the management to return my money and then later that night checked into another hotel.5. The hotel was not upto the mark and they lacked hospitality qualities a not very professional team runs the place

    I booked with my family of five. Started with rude desk manager. Then broken tv. Then broken Ac and broken sofa bed. When we asked for a different room. We were told by the bus boy that they will deal with it in the morning as the desk manager did not reply to the request. Total rip off. Ruined the end of our vacation.

    Bus on the fornt of hotel take you to mall of istanbul .arena park or 212 outlet.very larg room .all things need to cooking present .very large room. Wifi good price economy all things good except breakfast no fruits no juice some egg and cheese only.
