    We highly recommend staying here! The service,staff,amenities where above our expectations. A TRULY 5 STAR RESORT FROM CHECK- IN. A walking distanc to all local attractions. Our room was spotless w the highest detail and quality. I would love to return again!!! The food and beverage was generous and delicious. They supply a full free buffet for breakfast w all the flavors of Turkey!!

    Hotel room and Spa were fantastic and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was a bit weird, but maybe it was early in the season. The only negative point was the incessant music at high volume throughout the complex from dawn til bedtime. Impossible to just sit and read or relax without the noise.

    Our stay at Seven Hills Palace & Spa was simply perfect! From the very first second, we felt truly welcomed. The staff is exceptional — starting from the friendly gentleman at the entrance to the very professional receptionist who made our check-in seamless.A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Leyla, the Spa Administrator. She is a true professional! Leyla helped me choose the perfect 2-hour treatment package, which included a scrub, peeling, and a massage. It was incredibly relaxing. But what touched me the most was that she looked after and entertained my 7-year-old daughter the entire time so I could fully enjoy the spa session. This kind of care is rare and much appreciated!The interiors of the hotel are breathtaking — very elegant and impressive. The location is also a huge plus. We were so close to all the main attractions that we could easily go for a walk with my daughter, come back to the hotel to rest, and then head out again for more sightseeing.The food was another highlight. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety. But the dinner at the rooftop restaurant was the "cherry on top" — dining under the warm sunset glow with those iconic views was absolutely magnificent!This hotel is superb! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially families. We will definitely be back!

    Our room was very nice and had a great view. It was walking distance to everything. They arranged transportation from the airport and then to our cruise ship. Our room exceeded expectations (our expectations are challenging). Sadat at the desk was an amazingly accommodating host. We met other very friendly guests as well. We ate all our meals at the hotel. The restaurant was great for breakfast and very convenient for dinner. We would definitely recommend it.
