  The worst Hotel I've ever stayed in. In the first room they gave us, there was a very old and noisy air conditioner that kept turning off. Because of that we were moved to another room on the first floor. It was smelly, the bed sheets were kind of yellowish, there was no natural light whatsoever and 2 out of 4 beds were broken. The breakfast was insufficient for the amount of people. By around 9 AM there was not even coffee. After complaining about the broken beds, they tried to put us in another room which was as bad and dark as the second one with old air conditioners. We checked out right way. The only good thing was that the reception was nice at all times. Even under so many complaints from so many guests. Almost 3 weeks after that we're still trying to get refund. You should avoid this kind of headache by avoiding this hotel.

  This hotel is truly terrible. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are dark, dull and shower is full of mould. The air on unit screamed when turned on and hardly slept due to noise. Reception is dreary. The entire hotel is dirty and appears to have not been updated since it was erected. Breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo! Dirty plates and dirty tables. The best thing about this hotel was checking out and leaving!!!

  Plaza Praia Suites is an excellently situated hotel which has seen better days - as the fact that the waste basket was labelled Best Western suggests. The daily rate is reasonable However, ours was an unfortunate visit as we were there to work and the internet hardly ever worked - indeed we moved rooms to get a better access but to no avail. On our final night not only was there no internet but also the cable TV was off-line. Although we were.out all day on two occasions our room had not been cleaned by 5.30 and one day we had no hand towels and there were no beach towels available. I could go on, but would advise against staying until better reviews become available..

  Stay away from Jacuzzi suite

  I was traveling last minute for work and the jacuzzi suite was one of the few left in town. The hotel is all that not bad, the staff are very helpful and courteous, but my problem was that the Jacuzzi suite and there is no hot water in the rooms. Not only is it mildly warm, but it would have taken 6 hours to fill the tub. The low water pressure also affected the shower.Bed was ok, wifi struggled a bit, and breakfast was about par. Location is great, staff was helpful, overall very clean, so I wouldn't avoid this place but definitely not pay for the Suite next time around.

  The worst accommodation I have ever been to.

  Arrived in Fortaleza super excited and when we open our door to our room the place was dirty, the furniture had its better days, layout very outdated, the smell was unbelievable, the bathroom was filthy, there was no manager, staff was very unmotivated, the door was broken and lock was detaching from the door. The whole place is a joke. Nobody cares at all about your stay. Stay away and go to Holliday Inn next door like we did.
