    Everything was horrible in this hotel. They are absolutely not professional. This hotel is run by children not by professionals of tourism. every corner of it is disgusting. They didn’t give us the room we booked in the first day and didn’t even explain why. The second day we got the room we booked, it looked absolutely not like the pictures in booking. The room was stinky and smelling dampness there was stains all over the roof and smelled horrible the floor was old and itchy the door of the room was all pulled which didn’t feel secure and even the door nob was not working we had to wait for a technical guy to come fix it. They ruined our stay, wasted our time and money and made us pay the night even though we asked for a refund and just leave. The guy at the reception was rude and didn’t try to find a solution for us to accommodate us differently. This room is only destined for mouses of this old hotel and can’t be occupied by people. We had the worst night of our life and couldn’t sleep with the atrocity of the smell of moisture. Honestly this hotel doesn’t deserve its price, there are better options in the corner with same or better price. They gave us the worst image about Turkish people, arrogant, with no manners of hospitality and made us regret our holiday

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, there was no airport transfer service provided, which was quite inconvenient. Upon arrival, I found the bathroom and shower to be very small and not clean at all, which made the stay uncomfortable.Additionally, the lighting in the room would randomly turn off, and there were no basic amenities like water, tea, or coffee provided. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not guest-friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. (a staff member named Hakim, who charged me $50 for a transfer from the hotel to the airport. Not only did he never send the transport, but he also refused to refund the money.)

    Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff is very welcoming and go the extra mile to make you feel at home.The hotel is very well located, near the main tourist attractions, restaurant areas and metro/tram stations.Hotel rate is reasonable. Its not the fancy type of hotels but its very clean and everything works well.I would definitely recommend it 👌
