  Very nice and clean, my family and I were very pleased with our place, every time we come to Istanbul, Osmanbey is close to the metro, Cevahir is close to shopping centers,,We would especially like to thank Mr. Okan and his team mates for everything and their interest.   I stayed here for 3 nights I did not book it as it was booked through travelmedi, a medical company. The first room I stayed in I noticed after an hour has a horrible smell so I went looking and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold and dampness. I had to leave the room to avoid it because I was after surgery and I didn’t want to breath it in. When I returned to the hotel that evening I was going to ask to change but there was a particular staff member who was quite rude so I decided not to but the next morning I called immediately to the desk and umit changed the room immediately he wasn’t surprised he is so nice and the house keeping staff were lovely when I changed they helped then I went to room 2 and had to change because the smell of cigarettes was unruly, umit again changed my room I went to room 3 tho there wasn’t a smell in the room it stil wasn’t the greatest I stayed in the room but I went to buy my own towels because the towels in this place just weren’t that clean I do understand white goes off color but I had surgery and didn’t want an infection also I had 2 blAnkets so I could sleep. Outside the covers and not use the hotel blankets. In hindsight I should have demanded the travelmedi compAny changed my hotel but I suppose they deal with cheap hotels so they make a larger profit. I did not sleep well for 3 nights it’s so noisy in all the rooms I don’t know what clientele they attract the reason I put up some pics is because tgere was a hole in the roof above the ac unit and there was damp stains on the wall and the bathroom ceiling was full Of damp and mold.   It's a small, 12 room hotel in a backstreet of the Cumhuriyet Caddesi, in the middle of the metro stations Osmanbey and Sisli. The luxury shops in Nisantasi are nearby and also is the Cevahir Mall. We paid 150 TL/night. There's no elevator. The rooms are basic, with airco and television, no fridge. Everything is clean, you get fresh towels everyday and everything (light, ventilation, airco) works without any problem. Breakfast is typical Turkish, boiled egg, some cheeses, tomato, cucumber and olives with fresh bread. Nothing spectacular, simple food, enough to fill your stomach to start the day. It's a small hotel and so is the place where breakfast is served; only 6 seats. There's also a small bar to drink a beer when you come back at night. We only had one problem, we made a reservation and asked for a room on the first floor as I have a problem walking stairs. When we came there was no room on the first floor available. The solved it by moving somebody, they said a friend, to another room. Except from this we had nothing to complain and will definitely come back when we have to stay in this area again.

  The hotel is ok in everything with respect to staff, rooms, cleanness, & friendly environment.The value received with respect to the money paid is very good comparable to the prices of the surrounding area other hotels

  The only thing wich worth is the reception stuff.The rest really really bad. They change me to a dirty room, the cleaning lady just get mad at me once i told her that my roon were full of cigarretes, im not a smoker!!Too noisy!! Too dirty!!The only good thing is that is nearly by the centrum, about 1.5 km.The rest it does not worth AT ALL!!
