    Located on a one way steep street, the lady helped us up the steps with our luggage. Every time I saw her, she was cleaning, the place was spotless. Rooms are very nice, we were at the back of the building so not much of a view. Only niggle would be the WiFi is not ‘high speed’ as stated in the description, it didn’t work well at all - I had to use my husbands hot spot.We were also trying to get hold of an iron but there was no one downstairs at reception whenever we tried. At night time, the main door is locked and no one is on duty. Just be prepared as this is not ‘hotel service’.

    The service and location were excellent. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the location right near the Galata Tower was excellent and away from the main hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas, but still lots of great nightlife and culture to immerse yourself in. The rooms were comfortable and clear, not lacking in anything but not over the top either. I would definitely stay here again.

    Exceptional pedestrian-friendly location with great amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Feels like home away from home. Suitable for couples who require a private getaway that is super close to the hustle & bustle near the Galata Tower.

    - great location- great new room with soft linen and comfortable beds, nice decoration, super clean - warm and safe room - friendly people with nice smiles and willing to help, available 24/7 Keep up the nice work! We will come back for sure!

    very helpfull staff, great location historical area, two metro stations are few steps away. wow. my room has a balcony so I have my coffee on early morning breeze, cannot imagin the feeing at this bugdet price. spaciousus room great shower.
