    Our stay exceeded our expectations, Thanks to front desk reception Mr. Erhan A. Topaloğlu that made it possible for me and my family. He was extremely pleasant, beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. He gave me and my family tips on how to get around the area and explained clearly the excursions that we purchased. He also made sure our transportation from hotel to airport was on time. Great Service Mr. Topaloğlu continue providing the best service.

    I rate this hotel more then 5stars the staff were amazing and accommodated us as we had two wheelchair usersMy son has autism they made sure he was ok and had everything needed the kept him smilingThe women who does the breakfast I forgot to ask her name was amazing and very helpful, even went out her way to make fried eggsErhan Adem who was on day shift and Muhammad who was on night shift made our stay feel like home they made sure we had everything we needed and went out there way to bring breakfast down for my sister who wasn’t able to walk up the stairs for breakfastIt was Ramadan they even made sure my mum and dad had food to close there fastI do think that Erhan should be the manager as he is very good and shows how committed he is to welcome guestsMuhammed was a delight to talk to whist sipping on my Turkish tea before heading back to my roomThey made the perfect tea usually I’m a coffee drinker however loved there teaThe hotel itself is very clean, and in a good location very close to the blue mosque it’s an ideal place to stay with 24/7 shop and restaurants 2 min walk away made it easier to get what we neededI had the best night sleep at this hotel the bed was very comfortable, shower was fast and big which I love made it accessible for me to give my son a showerAs it was cold in the morning and at night day time hot I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a heater in the bathroom it’s the same one we have at home as well as in the room itself they actually turned it on which made us not freeze during the night and wake up not feeling frozen (not seen any hotel and we travel a lot have a heater in the bathroom, all hotels should do this)The staff make sure every guest knows where to go and take there time to explain they very knowledgeable with the history as wellI highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed yet fully rested and ready to hit those locations feeling confident

    There is No elevator in the hotel …the stairs are very hard and difficult .. the room is good, breakfast and cleanliness is very good.. the beds are not comfortable..the reception team is fair enough .. the location is not good at all the street is very small the taxes refusing to come to the area due to the traffic ..

    Not pet friendly and promising fake facilities that might not be real just watch out and ask for all the facilities

    They are NOT pet friendly, but they mentioned on trip advisor that they are, we wanted to book a room but they didn’t accept us because we have a small dog. So watch out because many of the facilities written there may not be real, so just ask about everything before you book.

    Excellent long term stay in very clean and new 2br condo with kitchen for our family! Hadir is a great friendly owner that made us very welcome as he is always available, professional and knowledgeable. Quiet location is superb with Hagia Sofia and sites in easy 5 mins walking distance. Also Sultanahmet tram is right there just in case for easy access to anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
