    This is the worst place I have ever stayed in, when we arrived we came in where a young boy was sitting playing loud video games instead of tending to us, he didn't even ask to help us. The place is dirty and smells, i stayed in room 204... please avoid it smells like pooh, I had to keep my room door open!!! Theres chewing gum stuck on the walls.The one staff member offered me 2 different rooms both were fogged out with smoke. The sheets/pillow cases smell of cigarettes. No one speaks English, not one word... at night the young boy plays loud music and video games. Avoid!!!!

    Perfect location, very close to metro, but in a quiet street, lots of shops and cafes around. Friendly staff, always ready to help, later check out was not a problem at all. The room is spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a big shower in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel very much. The only thing I would add a comment on is in the kitchen - the missing the bottle of water in the fridge for the new guests when they arrive (especially late in the night) to the hotel and the kitchen paper towels or the dish cloth to dry the dishes (if one thinks it's not very environment friendly to use the dish washer for only 3 coffee cups, 3 glasses and few plates every day).

    I Don’t need to say much . You can see the pictures . It was the worst experience in a hotel . First of all the staff doesn’t speak English!!! It’s very hard to communicate. The lobby was dirty too. But the biggest issue was the dirty pillows. How can you sleep on dirty used pillows. I asked to change them . They ignore me they never changed them and then immediately I took my luggage and left . I couldn’t stay to this ridiculous place . I booked three nights and I didn’t stay even one night. Plus the smell in the rooms was disgusting.

    The hotel is located in a hidden alley in the heart of city. It’s clearly an old facility that needs serious maintenance. Customer service is non existent and the receptionist doesn’t even speak English. Beds are horrible and furniture clearly worn out. No cutleries or tea or coffee in room. Avoid his place if you can.

    We have booked the double deluxe suite from an online dealer website, for 3 people and 4 nights. But the reception sent us to a small room. Their suites were all occupied for two nights and we had to stay in the room, which was difficult for us. I followed up with reception for another option. They changed our hotel to Bentley Molton after 2 nights to stay in a suite. Bentley Molton reservation manager had explained to us that it was not their fault and the confusion happened on online booking procedure...Molton Nisantasi had very well, modern design but the plumping need repairs seriously. the room and entrance smell, specially when it was rainy outside. Hotel design was beautiful and classy, but very old, it seemed it was not watched well for long time. Room walls needed new paints, and bath ceiling had leaking problems. The location was great and near metro station. The area was calm and lovely.
