    If you've ever wondered what it's like to stay in a room of prison without windows, their economy rooms are your chance!

    Be aware that the economy rooms are in the basement and lack windows (windows are fake and open to a wall!). Some booking agencies, like Eligasht, may offer these rooms to their customers without prior notification, leading to disappointment. Nevertheless, setting aside these unanticipated basement accommodations, there are several positive aspects to highlight: the reception staff is proficient in English and efficiently assists guests during their stay.

    Hi everyone, I’m Madi. I will tell you my horror story… 🤢🤮 I booked this hotel for 7 nights, and I left it on the second morning because of many reasons, which I will write down below:- My first room (economy which had no window) the ventilation was not working! So there was no air conditioning or heating working! Also, the phone was disconnected and not working aswell. The bed sheets were dirty (very dirty!! I have pictures!) so in the reception they changed me for a different category room. (By the way, the cleaner there very unfriendly, upset all the time and angry face)- On the new category room there was a window, ok, but no ventilation again! During the night when I was closing the door, there was no air coming or heating! The room was very (VERY) very dirty and smelly! THEY DONT CLEAN AT ALL, not even bathroom, shower etc 🤢 It was smelling cigarettes a lot, and all the carpet floor had stains (from dirtiness. I have also pictures) and also smelling terrible. The entire room was smelling terrible. I couldn’t breath well, plus I just did a nose surgery so that was bad for my nose also. In the shower, (which was not cleaned) didn’t sink the water. Everything had marks from dirtiness…And at the reception they wanted me to pay extra money for that room, which was in worsen conditions even than the first one. I just wanted a normal room… and of course I wouldn’t mind paying more if I had a normal room.Anyways, the price of this hotel is too high for its standards. And the receptionists not very helpful.So in the end I decided to leave because honestly, after seeing 3 different rooms, I can’t expect anything good from this hotel. And it affects also to my health staying there…But even til the end, the treatment was horrible and they didn’t help me at all, not refunding money or anything… so I lost the rest of the money from the remaining nights.So please, check well before booking this. I didn’t check the reviews and now I regret it… DONT BOOK IT PLEASE 🤢 unless you like dirty disgusting place full of dirt and bad odour 😅

    This is the shttiest, dingiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.. There were options for room with no window, economy room & standard city view room.. I’ve booked an economy room as I was gonna check in late and check out first thing in the morning. Specifically requested nonsmoking room. They gave me a room in -1 floor (in the basement) with strong cigarette odour. There was a window covered with curtains, I wanted to open the windows for some fresh air but when you open them it’s literally facing a wall.. Later I requested an iron from the reception, I was told it wouldn’t be available till next morning.. Do yourself a favour, stay elsewhere..

    Its so good hotel.very celan and good.location in near shop .coffe shop. bar .fish shop.fruit shops amd supermarket in sisli area.sisli is live and good area.The Sisli area is not comparable to the taksimBed and pillow is good and comfortableRooms is clean and good. And too wc and bedroomBreakfast buffet os goodReception and crew is good and so nice

    The worst choice to stay this hotel

    I have made a huge mistake by staying 6 days without being informed about this hotel. Since I entered the hotel, the problems didn't leave me. The rooms they call economic on the lower floor do not have windows in the rooms because they stay under the ground level. The rooms are ventilated by the central air conditioning system. Room air conditioning system not working properly. I was very stuffy and had an intense smell in my room. I could not breathe for a well-priced room. The receptionist Bilal could not help me to prevent smoking or smoking hookah. Since the smokers open the doors of their rooms in order not to be drowned from the intense smoke in their rooms, the smoke is scattered in the hallway to the rooms. Due to the open door of the sounds of laughter in the room of his speech sounded much this person to my room, I could not sleep until late at night. I told the receptionist Bilal to my complaints, who is the name of the cocky, selfist and the person who thinks the boss was transferred. He cannot find a solution to the problems and he behaves as if I'm compelled to stay there, as if I'm compulsive to stay there. I couldn't even stay in a minute. I felt like I was out of jail after my stay.
