    No privacy in bathroom. Added photographs show the bathroom from balcony when curtains are closed.Not clean.Quite old furniture and building.

    The cleanliness is very poor. No cleaning supplies. Bathrooms aren’t cleaned, only towels replaced. See-through curtains

    The cleanliness level is not good (very poor). Surprisingly, there are no cleaning supplies or equipment in the apartment for us to clean it ourselves. Additionally, the bathrooms are not cleaned, only the towels are replaced, and the bed linens are not changed every six days; this is what the reception desk told me.As well as a bathroom curtains in the one-bedroom apartments are see-through, so people outside can see inside the bathroom, especially at night. I alerted the reception about this issue, but there was no response, and no action was taken regarding this important matter!

    It has great location in the middle of baghdat street that is 5 minutes walks to the beach and the down your apartment you will find amazing restaurant and you can enjoy shopping. Staff are very friendly. I stayed last summer and this summer i booked again for one month.Just note that the flat is not is not luxury one but comfortable for families. I like the three bedroom or one bedroom it has nice balcony. However it should be in higher floors.

    Staid there three months in 1997. Excellent service and hospitality. Top floor , fabulous seaview. Excellent brasserie at the ground floor. In the middle of Bagdat Boulevard, the Istanbul Champs Elysées. Now I live round the corner but sent there my visiting friends & go back now and again for a nostalgic coffee.

    Together with my husband  , we stayed more than one month between December 2020 and January 2021 at Suadiye Residence during our re-patriation period , prefect location in Asian side of Istanbul , you have everything around the hotel in walking distance. Walking to the sea side is only 5 minutes from the hotel , there are all type of shops , restaurants , cafes on the street .They have very friendly and helpful staff , cleaning is very good and they are very careful because of the pandemic. Highly  recommended.Leyla Arseven
