Facility

The hotel has 2 suites and 16 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Very nice room, breakfast at the next door hotel was amazing with incredible views.Mert at the reception was incredibly helpful, he gave me recommendations daily and helped me organize my transfer to the airport.The spa though wasn’t the best, sauna was good.I would definitely stay here again. Prices are cheaper if you book through their website.

    I was very happy with my hotel room at Sub Karakoy. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and reliable. I felt very safe and comfortable there, and they were always attentive to my needs. I was really taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I think it was an excellent value, and I would return here again!

    Inspired by Richard Ayoade's Travel Man we decided to book 48 hours in Istanbul. Located in the heart of Karakoy the SuB hotel provides a great respite in the trendiest part of town. The standout for us with the SuB hotel was the customer service, Ismael behind the desk was a legend. Ismael was an amazing informant on the ongoings of Istanbul informing us of the history and tourist destinations. Whatever they are paying him it is not enough!! If anyone involved in the management team of SuB this man needs a salary of at least six figures - he was CLASS!
