    We had 7 days stay and can not complain with the service we received. I am shocked to see the bad reviews. The hotel is actually really nice and well maintained, with 4 children you can imagine the rooms state in the morning, but all i had to do is hang the clean the room tag. And by the time we come to the rooms, it was always nice and clean. Speak to the reception, They are super friendly and always happy to help. I travelled with 2 children and 2 babies and was bit worried how il manage but staff was always there to help me. As we were having lunch and dinner from outside sometimes we brang food to hotel and the staff not just warmed it for us but served it really nicely in tray for us. They gave us key for ironing room aswell. I would like to say a big thank you to hussain and kan for all their help for making our trip memorable 😊. We would definitely be visiting again. And also not to forgot to mention about the location. It is the best location you can ever had. We didn't even use the tram in our 7 days stay, i can't explain more than that.

    No greetings at all from any staff. Room was booked with a Queen bed, got double bed . Room looking tired, stained carpet, dust on headboard. The bathroom extract fan not working, mentioned to receptionist, made couple of excuses, not fixed during my 7 nights stay. Not much choice for breakfast, did not replenish as all staff were having their breakfast at 7.00am, not much fruit, when asked they said is finished at 7.00am. very small lift could not get more thank 3 people, so constantly had to wait for lift, rust inside the mini fridge. Towels were like thin paper with holes. Holes on rough bed cover. the aircon not working properly. unfortunately we had to take a chance to book this Hotel as the hotels we usually stay in same area were fully booked till end of Oct.

    We paid for bed space for 6 people, when we got their the scammy Manager said you get 4 beds, said under 16's are babies, said if you don't like it go get a nother hotel. DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

    The breakfast was very very good, with a variety of options. Excellent location, near the most touristic places; it has also a public transport stop very close. The rooms well laid out, cozy, comfortable beds and pillows; well equipped; nothing to miss. Everyone who worked there were very nice and open to help. This was my second time staying at Sude Konak and I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

    DISAPPOINTETThe rooms are very, very small. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The next day, the trash was not taken out, so I put it in my backpack and took it to a street dumpster. We ran out of toilet paper and we were not cleaned. The breakfast is poor, the coffee was well diluted with water. I would not return to this hotel
