    Our room was a disappointment. On the 3rd floor, climbing up is exhausting. The bathroom is cold and the whole thing floated during one shower. The toilet was not fixed, so it moved every time we used it. Some of the toiletries described in the equipment are not available (bathrobe, conditioner)The slippers are useless.The sheets are wrinkled like they have been used before, the towels are stained and have holes.We had no heating for 4 out of 8 nights, sometimes they were able to fix it, sometimes not. The air conditioner does not work in heating mode.During our stay there, a shower cabin was installed, disturbing our rest and we could not use the shower for 24 hours. We boxed this down to 3 hours. There will be no water for part of one nightfollowed by hot water.The breakfast buffet is not very abundant.The icing on the cake was the last morning. We asked for an earlier time for breakfast at 7:30, because we had to leave for the airport at 8. The lady serving breakfast made a fuss and, after several requests, she was willing to serve us, so that we brought bread for breakfast ourselves, and then she didn't even give us a phlegmatic answer. All this so that it was paid for and we agreed on the next day.We did not receive any compensation or refund for the inconvenience. We were, and are, very disappointed.

    The is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very dirty, the toilet was broken, room service was very rude and not communicative. I would not recommend this hotel because you will be very unsatisfied. Attached you will find internet pictures and real pictures because online pictures are not reality!

    Small hotel, it is very different from the pictures. You can encounter many problems in the room without being solved like the shower or DC or anything else. There is no TERRACE like what's written on the internet. It is closed and they will add more rooms instead.The room was good-sized with working Wi-Fi, good bathroom as well, with no views & a small window & a very thin curtains that morning light will wake you up. The breakfast was ok with a little food quality & cheap ingredients.The area around is hilly that you must ascend for 7-10 minutes to go to Sultan Ahmet area, but it isn't far away. Several restaurants around including typical turkish pide (turkish pizza) that is cheap.I think i will not stay in this hotel again.

    Dirty rooms, bathroom floods and full of limescale. Flies cockroaches and God knows what else. No lifts n 3 flights of steps. No working aircon. No wifi only works at front deskManager unhelpful. Meagre breakfast, just the basics. Waste of ur money if ur staying here.HEALTH HAZARD!! AVOID ITPLACE NEEDS GUTTING OR CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!

    I originally booked my hotel through SultanAhmet Deluxe hotel through Booking.com and was shocked when they told me that they are fully booked and couldn't use my card to confirm the booking as it was declined. At this point I was already panicking because it was a very long walk from Cemberlitas metro station and really tired from the commute. So the guy told me not to worry because there is another hotel I can stay, which is this. I was transferred to a big room but they said that i can only stay there for a night and had to move to another room the next day. The bedsheets are not clean because you can see hairs from previous guests and the towels are washed but looked grayish. The toilets are not maintained. I had to suffer the ordeal for the next 2 nights. In addition, they charged me for 100 Turkish lira for an airport transfer, which I thought was a private vehicle but then ended up riding a taxi. The receptionist only paid 60 lira to the driver and kept the change. What a scam!
