    My go-to hotel in Istanbul! The staff is amazing—welcoming, helpful, and above all, honest. You never have to worry about a thing here. The organization is top-notch, the rooms are very hygienic, and the reception team goes out of their way to support you. Truly a place you can trust. The hotel was completely renovated last year, and everything is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended! A big thank you to the reception for always making my stay seamless! ♡

    First of all don’t let their pictures deceive you their toilets are filthy and you are not provided with a towel for the bathroom floor (it gets very dirty and wet). We have been here for quite a while now and they still haven’t bothered to change our trash bags inside our room . Our room was also located near a chimney so the smell was atrocious. The location is decent i guess but that’s it. The breakfast is not horrible but far from good either also you get very small portions. ( some olives , some cheese , a slice of cucumber , a slice of sausage and a hard boiled egg ( if you could call it that). There are some mediocre restaurants in the vicinity but i suggest going elsewhere.

    When you are in need of a place in the heart of istanbul and byzantine empire near hippodrome area you can stay and discover the history.Plus there is lovely cats outside for animal loversOnly disadvantage of the area that there is parties that takes until 2 at night outside ~

    The staff were fabulous. Very friendly and organised a cab for us. We left a phone in the cab when we got to the airport and they were already on to it and made sure we got it ASAP. Over and above customer service and free brekkie!

    Super great little place. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The location was prime for sightseeing and walking around the district. The language barrier made getting directions, and finding a taxi difficult (the reason I dropped a star).
