    A truly disgraceful stay at Sultan Tughra Hotel.The room was dirty upon arrival and never cleaned for the entire week, despite repeated requests. The property is dilapidated and neglected, with hygiene standards completely unacceptable for any hotel.The bathroom was disgusting: ants, persistent mold, especially on the ceiling, showing a total lack of maintenance.Breakfast was poor, repetitive, and of extremely low quality, absolutely laughable for a supposed 4-star hotel.The housekeeping lady spent her time in the lobby smoking or playing on her phone instead of doing her job.The only professional staff member was the front desk clerk, Samet, who tried to help but was completely ignored.Avoid this hotel. A humiliating experience, completely far from what was promised.     I'm very disappointed. After reading positive reviews, I decided to book this hotel. I got a room which wasn't the one that I booked in the first place. Some lights in the room were not working. Bedsheets were never changed even though it is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel and we stayed 5 nights. Breakfast was very limited.     A Lifesaver on the Day of Our Cruise

    I’m not going to comment on the rooms or facilities—there are already plenty of reviews with different perspectives. Instead, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the owner of the hotel.On the day we checked out, we were waiting for an Uber to take us to the cruise terminal for our Mediterranean cruise. Unfortunately, due to unusually heavy traffic, no Uber driver was able to reach us. After many failed attempts to rebook, we were genuinely worried that we might miss our ship.Seeing our situation, the hotel owner kindly offered to drive us himself. He loaded all of our luggage into his own car and took us directly to the cruise terminal. Thanks to his generosity and quick help, we made it onboard just in time.This level of kindness and hospitality is something we’ll never forget. We are truly grateful.     The hotel is within walking distance of all main attractions and access to the public transport. It’s good value for money. The rooms and the bathroom were little small but very comfortable and clean. The cleaning was done everyday . The staff was helpful and friendly allThe time. The breakfast had very limited options but what was available was good quality and tasty. Bring t bags from home if you like English tea. The decoration is not for everyone so do check the images available on their website. There are mirrors everywhere including the ceilings so it’s a little different and not for everyone. The most comfortable pillows that I have used.
