    We went to this hotel last minute as we were in a differemt county with no place fo stay as the stay were helpful and service was alright

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Sun Comfort Hotel was so unpleasant that I feel compelled to warn others.From the moment we arrived, the manager was unwelcoming and downright rude, especially when we brought up some concerns. Instead of addressing them professionally, he was dismissive and made it clear he didn’t care about guest comfort or satisfaction.The room was dirty — stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It felt unhygienic and poorly maintained.The breakfast was terrible: cold, stale, and very limited options. Definitely not what you'd expect from a place advertising itself as "comfortable."What made matters worse was the overall unsafe environment around the hotel. We didn’t feel secure walking back at night, and there was little to no visible security presence on-site.I would strongly advise against staying here. For the same price, you can find better accommodations where staff are respectful, rooms are clean, and you can feel safe. Seyyat Turhan, Owner at Sun Comfort Hotel, responded to this review I don't know whose interests you serve, but you have no right to tarnish and slander such an institution. Shame on you, it's very disgraceful.

    The worst 'hotel' I've ever experienced. No TV, no shower, no breakfast! When we arrived they offered us a basement room, I should have known then that this very cheap B&B is disorganised!!! On entering the room we tried to turn the TV on but there was no remote, until we asked, and we got one covered in tape to hold it together. Turned on the shower which tricked out then totally stopped emitting water. Breakfast was some rank soup, old bread and tasteless butter with some boiled eggs, the juice and coffee taste disgusting and would probably make you ill. They do not reply to emails which tells you something. This is a very cheap location for a reason. It is a ONE-STAR B&B at best, NEVER a 3-star hotel. The owner has obviously spent zero money on the location and buys the cheapest products possible. The reviews and pictures on Google etc are misleading if not downright lies that are made up!! DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to ruin your holiday!!! Seyyat Turhan, Owner at Sun Comfort Hotel, responded to this review YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL LIAR, SLANDERER, AND UNGRATEFUL PERSON WHO DENIES EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS.

    Hello! My name is Olga. I was vacationing in your hotel with my husband. I liked everything very much. I want to note that there was nothing about bugs and cockroaches, everything was very clean and tidy. I recommend this hotel for a vacation in Istanbul. Friendly staff. Thanks, everything was great.

    I stayed at the sun comfort hotel with my husband and 4 sons. I contacted the hotel directly to book and was a good rate. They booked me a connecting room but the room was a through room and there was no door between 2 rooms and there was only one shower room.The hotel was 10 minutes walk to Kenyi Kepez metro and same distance to Biyzanet which is where Grand Baazar is.Bim/Migros and Sok – local supermarkets are 2 mins walk where you can pick up any items.20-25 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia/Blue mosque. From there you can go to Eyptian spice baazar via tram or 10 minutes walk.Also can take a public ferry to see the Asian side.Rooms are dated and needs some tender loving care. But for the price you pay it is not that bad as rooms are a good size and basic Turkish breakfast is included. We paid £75 per night for 6 of us.I was happy at this hotel and the service was good if there was an issue they would come immediately to sort out.The A/C is centrally controlled so they put it on high so eventually you switch off from room but that didn’t bother us. Room was cleaned daily and sheets changed every 2/3 days.Plenty of food places to eat walking distance. Thank you Sun Comfort Hotel for your help and lovely holiday.
