    We visited turkey last week and we have stayed in this terrible apartment...1st there is no one in the reception after 5 pm and before 8 am..No elevators, narrow stairs, very small rooms, messy ground... Your foot will be black due to the dirtyness..No food offered, uncomfortable beds.. Smelly linen..tv is not working.. People who arrive after 5 am or before 8 am find no one to open the door for them!!! I remember that i woke up at 3 am on people who were knocking the door to enter... Sadly they were obliged to spend their night in another hotel.Very bad location.Mohamad.. Lebanon

    It's a horrible hotel for its price,and everything was broken. But I will give one star to the staff who works there,because he was really nice and helpful.非常糟糕的旅館，吹風機壞掉、冰箱壞掉、保險箱壞掉，地點也難找。但是櫃台人員很親切，我把一顆星給工作人員，不然這家旅館真是一無是處。

    Excellent hotel located in a nice -touristic - zone of Istanbul. Helpful staff. Rooms are big and elegant. We had an amazing view over sea. Soft bed and high speed Internet.In generally apart is elegant and has a calm atmosphere.Beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

    This Hotel was really nice, with all Turkish decors, there breakfast spread was really nice with loads of options.This is situated just behind Blue Mosque , Aya Sophia and the main Sultanahmet Square.All these tourist attraction including Bascllica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia , arasta Bazar is in walkable distance.Rooms are small, but nice with all kinds of amenities, stuffs were well behaved.All over nice stay within budget .

    I booked a studio aprtment in Sur Apart Hotel for my parents, they could celebrate their 35 wedding anniversary. It was a surprise-gift for them. Therefore, I wanted everything to be perfect and it was... While I was asking plenty of questions, hotel representative was patient giving me replies fast and in detail. They even gave a complimentary breakfast...a really nice touch. My parents had a wonderful 7 day stay here. The hotel is small but extremely clean and welcoming.The location is central being at the same quiet and safe. There are numerous places to eat nearby. The staff were all friendly and accomadating (nothing is too much trouble for them from helping). If you have never tried hammam or fan of it, ask guys and they will direct to the best one in the area.
