  The worst hotel experience of my life — dirty, noisy, and unsafe

  This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The property was in a run-down, unsafe area and the room itself was completely unacceptable. The place was dirty from top to bottom — long black hairs in the bed, in the plughole, and even on the furniture. The bedding had bloodstains, the room smelled damp and unpleasant, and everything was covered in dust.There were broken fixtures, including a cracked bathroom mirror, wires strung across the windows, and even a dirty plate left on top of the cupboards. The décor was very poor and neglected. To make matters worse, the hotel was extremely noisy, with shouting outside late at night and children running around upstairs.We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we left immediately, even though we had nowhere else booked. I would strongly advise others not to stay here.

  Total scam!!! Don’t fall into this trap!!!!!

  Total scammm!!!!!!! I was scammed by Agoda and Booking and the hotel. We arrived to this hotel, the room was not 50m2 was less than 20m2, so dirty bed sheets were never washed, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, heater not working we were freezing. I had twins infants the room smells smoke, I had to take my family and run away in the middle of the night after staying there for 10 minutes, I had to find another place safe for my babies and family. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, so you don’t go through same experience like I did. Agoda won’t refund me the money saying they need pictures of the room to even look at the case, I was occupied with my family in how I can leave from there to find a safe place. I don’t even recommend anyone to use Agoda or Booking to find a hotel.

  Worst hotel in Istanbul . Never choose this horrible place The hotel is so dirty the towels and mattresses are never washed the floor is full of hair and the bathroom is dirty , we arrived to the rooms and they’re so small and were so dirty and unready. Not recommended .

  I stayed at the hotel for two night in July.The room was enogh for one person, Clean and quite.bed was comfort, Air condition was good.internet was good. Location is good, close to taksim.But the hotel does not give you any services, any.My room was not clean at all during the stay.No breakfast, and nobody can speak english.the sound of other room was completely heard.Totally hotel has a value for money for one person in short staying.

  The location near from taksim Square and that's so good to how need this location and they have good rooms it's clean and comfortable there is room small but we speak with them and after some days they gave us a bigger room you can make tea or coffee in room and there is freezing. And in big rooms you can make food the shawer good there's hot water and cold it's sample and clean and the money not expensive so good if you have low budget
