  Terrible service! I booked family terraced room for four person but i was giving a terrible small room with 3 bed and no terrace! In addition, the room was on 5th floor with NO lift/elevator! Also they knocked our door 11am and told us we have to leave within 1 hour apparently because we were making too much noise?? So we were chocked out 2 days before our departure time! We had to go and find another hotel! Also the staff can't speak Turkish, and very little English, therefore could not communicate to discuss the full reason of us getting choked out or the resolution! Very Rude people! lastly, the street that the hotel is located one of the most dangerous street in Istanbul! Never again!

  Loved staying in this hotel.went with friends a guy who welcomed us his name Abdul Aziz really nice guy and help full.taxim square is just walking distance.to get to the hotel abit hard and u have to walk up the hill if you need to go to main road.worth for its price.view from the hotel is beautiful.

  SCAM! Charged triple the amount!!!!!!!

  I'd booked this hotel in August for four days, which would cost me about a hundred euro's. When I checked my account I saw that they charged around 300 Euro's! It's been three months now and I still didn't get the money back!!!! Do not go to this hotel if you value your money!

  I don't like it for a long stay. There is a kitchen but there isn't no gaz 😒 the bad not comfortable. A lot of noices at night. There were blackouts twice. But the good thing there's a nice stuff and the hotel near to taksim square and metros

  Interesting Hotel for a short Stay

  The hotel is not walkable even though its in the taksim area.. better to catch a cab once u get off from the airport bus HAVATAS. we understimated the walk. Too many steep hills and climb.Hotel staff was amazing.There was no lift however the young kid took our heavy bag all the way to our room.In the morning you can hear the Azaan (call to prayer) which was beautiful .Its 15 minute walk from Taksim square so its not far. I stayed here for a night and it was very nice. The rooms were very clean and fairly big.
