    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were in poor condition, and I felt unsafe during my stay. Money went missing from the safe in my room, and instead of helping me seriously, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I trusted this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was stressful and upsetting. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for security, honesty, and good customer service.

    From the moment of check-in, the hotel demonstrated a clear lack of organization and professionalism. Bathroom maintenance is unacceptable; the finishing is poorly done, with visible rough grouting and loose, poorly installed accessories. Despite booking a room for three guests, we were required to repeatedly request towels, water, and basic amenities for the third person on a daily basis.The restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful, which alone justifies the one-star rating. The buffet is well below acceptable standards, with limited variety and no chefs present at the buffet stations, reflecting poor management and low service quality.Although the hotel benefits from a good location and the room itself was clean, overall management is severely lacking. This property has significant potential but is currently poorly operated. In its present condition, it is not suitable for a comfortable stay and cannot be recommended.

    Poor and rude service. Very bad check in experience. Very noisy rooms since there are many clubs near by. Room itself was quite nice. The hotel at Taksim square. Breakfast was turkish, which means that looks like lunch. Nice view from the terrace.

    The hotel is located in a good position beside Taksim Square. I chose it primarily for the location, the gym and terrace pool. However on arrival I soon discovered the outdoor pool was a thing of past and no longer available. The hotel advertise it within the facilities and even use an old photo.The room itself was adequate if small but as a solo traveller I could manage. Cleanliness of the room was poor - stains on the sheet, dust throughout and hair from previous guests. The staff were disinterested, unfriendly but professional. Especially the older skinny barman on the rooftop.Overall I would not recommend.
