    Staff were extremely helpful and friendly- we arrived at 6 am, they made us coffee in reception and looked after our bags until we came back to check in at 2pm. We left our bags again after check out - thanks Hossein!The room was good- had a mini kitchen with fridge, kettle. A/C. Very clean. Great shower!Location excellent. Right next to bustling İstiklal. Loads of night life around the hotel- bars and cafes where you can smoke Nargile (shisha) and restaurants with great food. Our room was at the back of the hotel so quiet- I imagine it could be a bit louder if you had one facing the street as the night life was quite active.Only reason for the 4/5 review is the room decor being a bit tired- could do with update. For the price we were very happy though.

    One of the best hotel I ever stay clean room and great atmosphere.... location very near to the centre of istiklal.... mr.onur and Hamza very warm welcome and helpful and friendly person...we really recommended this hotel we will back soon and we will stay here ..

    Worse holiday experience I’ve ever had, disgusting place to stay, the most nosiest place you can imagine, heating wasn’t working properly, shower broken I had to fix it myself, I’ve paid for 1 week in advance they refused to refund me, I couldn’t get my money because I didn’t book online.

    We as 4 friends stayed for 4 nights at this hotel …. We had a very lovely stay would highly recommend it… not very big but clean and really friendly staff who did everything to let us feel comfortable, and it is in the heart of Taksim where all the fun and shopping is

    My husband and I booked this hotel for a week stay in Istanbul. From the moment we walked in we knew something was wrong. The room we were given was right in front of the reception. The chairs were torn and had stains on them. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and torn as well. The drawer knobs were missing. The A/C wasn’t working and the remote was missing. The toilet was leaking. The window was facing another building and there were stairs, which literally someone can come down and come into our room. We got the manager and showed him the pictures on booking and the room that we were supposed to stay in. He offered us an upgrade to another room with extra fees. We refused! We just wanted to get out of this disgusting place. We asked for a refund. He told us to cancel our booking first and then he would refund us because booking wouldn’t allow him. Then he refused to refund us after the cancelation. We had to call booking, but we ended up not getting anything. We of course left because there was no way we were going to spend our vacation in this nasty place. We are writing this review to make sure no one falls into this scam!
