    The worst experience ever

    Rooms are tiny and dirty. There are toiletries but impossible to use it. Shower was very dark and water was all around the floor. Towels and beddings were not perfectly clean and old. Drinking water isn’t included, you get it only on check-in and later you can buy it only. Electric kettle was dirty with mold inside.

    The best experience ever .The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very modern and extremely clean. The rooms are absolutely amazing. I stayed with my mother and we had an amazing small apartment like room with an amazing view of the city . I highly recommend it staying there when you visit taksim.

    If you are looking to stay on European side in good price this is is one of the finest hotel. Small, cozy and upto date place. You feel like staying in one of the biggest hotel. Neat and tidy.All services avaialable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.Very nice breakfast and cafe open all the time for tea and snacks in very good price. 3-5mins walk from Taksim Square. Recommended. 👍

    Amazing location, hospitality, room, cleanliness, breakfast and facilities.From check-in till check-out we felt amazingly good. Manager Mr.Burga & Mr.Osman were really helpful. Will visit again soon.Keep it up!

    I had gone by several times on previous visits and was intrigued. On a subsequent visit the other hotel in the neighborhood was booked so I thought I would give it a try. Definitely a faded glory. When I flipped on the light switch half of the high tech lighting was burned out. Kitchenette had been stripped. No dishes, microwave or cooking utensils. The response was..."you must ask for them in advance". One of the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had including instant coffee out of a self serve machine. Great location, one helpful person at the reception. The rest were surly at best. Great location but poor value.
