    Great hotel if you don't need to sleep and love extremely loud music.

    The hotel was terrible. Be aware that the hotel is next to a bar with a sign that says "100% Music". That is not a lie. The bar that blasts music and has people hanging out in front talking and drinking, all night. The people were less than 20 feet from our window. There is zero way to sleep. The manager didn't take us seriously and would just laugh and say "It's a party". He couldn't promise that it was that didn't happen every night. He said "people have parties". We had to check out and find a new hotel at 11:30 at night. They would not refund our money for the nights we didn't stay.

    We had a great experience at this hotel. The three guys at the reception were all kind and always willing to help us. They helped us when we came across some health problems and they also took me to some shops near the hotel to find a specific product at 9 o’clock in the evening. they also helped us to arrange the best daily trip in Istanbul on the first day of our holiday in Istanbul. Finally Their kindness and willingness hid some small cons of the hotel. I’d recommend it for sure!

    It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. Almost everything was bad. First I had reserved a room with this title: "Double Or Twin Superior room". But when we arrived the receptionist said that it depends on us to give you a double room and at the moment we can give you a twin room and if you want the double room you should pay extra to promote your room!! consider that I and my wife were sleeping in the hotel for 3 nights at a 1-meter distance!!!Let's talk about this 4-star hotel! I think even a 2-star is too much for this hotel. The lobby was as small as a little home and only 3 small sofas for sitting. The room was really small. The air conditioner's controller was not working and every time we wanted to turn it on or off, we should tell the lobby man. And guess what; the phone to dial was not working and I had to walk to the lobby every time. I told them several times and nothing happened for fixing these problems. Even they were ignoring to clean the room and in our 3day stay, they only cleaned our room 1 time and they did it after we put a lot of pressure on them! This 4star hotel even hadn't a toothbrush in its room and when I asked for it, they said we ran out of it!! Besides all these low-quality services, the noise during the night was too much. Every hour we were jumping out of bed because someone was yelling inside or outside the hotel.In conclusion, never try this hotel and I propose you ignore all hotels in Taksim square because most of them look the same.

    It was my worst experience in 12 years of traveling! We booked a deluxe room with king-size bad. But after checking-in, we found out that this was not the right room because there were just 2 single beds pushed together, made anyhow. Sleeping on it is simply impossible! The bed linen was covered in dirt and someone's hair. Rubbish and cigarette packages were everywhere. The bathroom was dirty, we saw used shampoo bottles and dirty everywhere. There were a lot of broken and dirty things in the room. I contacted the reception with a question about checking into a room that we had booked and paid for. To this I was told that there are no rooms and we must live in the room that we were given or get out in the middle of the night! After I tried to make photo of registration documents at the front desk, the owner of the hotel attacked me and tried to grab and smash my phone! The receptionist called us idiots and liars and threatened us! After that, he called the police, with whom he spoke for a long time in Turkish. Then policeman left the hotel. We also left this hotel and checked into another! It's real crime and fraud! I have a video of the attack on me and will make a claim to the turkish ministry of tourism to punish those criminals. Terrible!

    Many times in istanbul but this hotel best!I will recommend it 100000 times and will back as soon as possible.Congratulation to the guys at reception especially to Cunyet always helpful and friendly with all the guests
