  This hotel has some amazing online photos, but I am not too sure if the photos reflect the reality of a very modern looking hotel.The location is outstanding and the staff are outstanding, but cleanliness and effectiveness is a problem.I highly advise those who are bothered about luxury not to book here.The location is safe next to Taksim Isteklal street but quite during day and mad at night with locals drinking shouting and having fun at the front area of the hotel.The Hammam next door is good and basic for gents and cafe Nero is very close for an amazing breakfast. Expect to find so much dust In rooms and some broken parts of the walls and furniture. My hairdryer was broken and wifi was not working for 12 hours in a row.Saying that the staff try to help you as much as they can.If you are staying for short stay, go ahead and book as it is cheap and location is good. Just get detol wipes to clean closet shelves and toilet. I hope this helps.

  the apartment is big and clean and fully equipped, not so far from galata tower or the tram station. there is lot of restaurants in the area and also supermarket on the door of the hotel, it fits for families.

  Advertised as a penthouse with a terrace in July 2015 and booked for July 2015Not a penthouse as not on the top floor which is where penthouses are locatedNo terrace at all providedFor this I was charged E394.20 for one bedroom in a pretty ordinary apartment when I raised this issue with the staff they were most apologeticthe staff conferred with the owner/management with the following options offered1. after arriving at 7am in Instanbul after a 20 hour flight from Sydney Australia we were allowed to check in at 2pmAfter staff consultation with their superiors two options were suggested at 5pmWe could check outorwe could be given a 10 Euro discountNeither option was acceptable and both were downright insultingI would suggest being very cautious in making a booking in this establishmentI also found two other guests at reception making if clear that their booking was not what they expected.Though wifi was included in room rate it rarely workedWhat they offer is way short of what you get.

  We booked a suite at relatively short notice on a very busy weekend, the hotel was chosen mainly for its location a short uphill walk to Taksim square.Although the design is modern and bright, the materials used are not durable and so much of the property shows wear and tear. A leaking air conditioner in the bedroom was damaging the curtain and floor. A poorly sealed shower unit in the bathroom was corroding the bathroom door frame. The suite lounge was spacious and kitchenette appeared to be well equipped. The location adjacent to a minaret meant we experienced a loud dawn awakening each day of our stay.A windowless breakfast room in the basement was one of the most cheerless breakfast spaces we have ever encountered. We did not have breakfast at the hotel after the first day.The reception staff tried their best to be helpful and were friendly but could not be expected to make up for the other shortcomings at this property.

  They Can Be Better

  I was visiting istanbul me and my friend for a weekend coming from Dubai, our flight departure from Dubai was 4:00 morning and we reach Istanbul like 10:00 am, we was really so tired, we reached hotel like 11:30 am and i asked for early check in, but the guy on reception said he cant provide it for us before 2:00 pm as the rooms are full and the normal check in hotel is 2:00 pm, so we decide to go out and have a breakfast than return back.We get back to hotel 1:30 pm and again the guy said the room is not ready, we stayed in the lobby for 30 min more, waiting our room, than we discovered that our room was really empty and someone just start to clean it , it was the room no 301 exactly , located directly next to the reception in the lobby... It was really bad to let us wait all this time just because the rules of the hotel was to check in 2:00pm.Anyway, the flat was really nice, super clean and decorated, new and fully furnishedThe second bad point was the location of our flat, it was directly in the lobby floor which is (2X2 meters) only so we can hear all the time almost everything and anyone talking in the lobby , all the check in and checkout conversation...We have never tried the breakfast morning as we was clubbing all the evening and return back 4:00 morning .One of the day our flat wasnt cleaned, i asked him why, he said we didnt request this, but the first night was cleaned without any request !!! so be carefull guys to ask them every morning to clean the room and change the towels.Location of the hotel was really nice, 5 minutes away from taksim.Not sure if i will go back to this hotel , but i can give him 4 star as the rooms was really nice !!
