For anyone wishing to be in the centre of Istanbul, close to entertainment venues and some great shops, then this hotel is ideally located on the corner of Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue in Istanbul. Public transport, including a tramline, minibus service and metro, are all within a few metres of the hotel.

Facility

88 non-smoking rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     We stayed on the eighth floor. The elevator lights went out therefore the kids were very terrified. Several times, the elevator went in the opposite direction. The ceilings in the room were very low. The soundproofing was terrible, so we couldn't sleep until the morning. We could hear noise from the rooftop cafe: furniture being moved, squeals, and very loud music. The furniture in the room was very old. The light in the room flickered constantly. The phone for contacting reception didn't work at all. The air conditioning in the children's room was very poor. There were no ceiling lights, only the lamps on the bedside tables. The only thing that was ok- the cleaning of the room.

    Right in the center of Istanbul. Great location. Close to everything. It's a very crowded hotel, so service is a bit lacking, but the rooms are good. Clean. Nice bathroom. Very good breakfast.     Good value place to stay in Istanbul

    If you are looking for a good value place to stay in Istanbul, this is an excellent option. It’s situated next to Taksim Square. It's well serviced by food vendors, convenience stores, and laundries, and a short walk to the bus stop and metro station. The room was of a reasonable size, with fast internet, air-conditioning, and hot water, and while pretty basic was clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly Mr Kursat (front desk) and Ms Senem, were kind and helpful. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, which has stunning views of various parts of Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Istanbul.     the worst experience travelling in istanbul

    first and last time that i went to this hotel, it was our first experience and many time we went to Istanbul to different hotels but this hotel was awful. the reception promised to give us better room but they don't the worst part was one day during our trip in the morning we went to restaurant and the woman was so so rude her name is (cemere) shouted at us and talked so badly for picking up a slice of cake and bring it to our room. we told this bad behavior to a man in reception. it was our last time going to this hotel in Istanbul , i hope manager take the right action for this issue.
