English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Everything was very bad, a very small hotel with a bad smell, a very small elevator for only 3 people, a family suite with a sea view that had no proper view of the sea at all, and two very small rooms with no clothes space, I wouldn't even recommend this hotel for free. Dirty hotel, uncomfortable and dirty beds, room was cleaned only twice during a week of stay

    I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was unclean and smelled terrible from the moment we arrived. The bedsheets were not changed, and the room was clearly not cleaned properly. There was no water provided and basic things like hygiene and cleanliness were completely ignored.I asked the staff multiple times to clean the room properly, but they did not listen or take any action. The attitude was careless, and it felt like they just didn’t care about guest comfort at all.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

    The worst hotel ever, simply horrible 🤯

    I will never visit this hotel again, where I had the most difficult experience with a hotel in the past 20 years 🤯. I booked 3 rooms for me and my family online for 10 nights and paid 2,050 EUR. Then, we couldn’t afford staying more than 2 nights and just decided to leave during the second night without even getting my money back, you can imagine the situation then. Online pictures are completely away from reality in all aspects. No safety, no cleanness, very old, consumed and broken furniture, no room facilities, no hotel facilities, no responsible managers, no permanent housekeeping employees, very tough staff with unfriendly attitude. You can easily witness several tough discussions between the guests and the receptionists themselves in just 1 day. The breakfast restaurant is not in the same building, it is in a completely another hotel with a 5-minutes walk on the main street, and the breakfast buffet is very very poor. The rooms are very very small. The hotel entrance has a damaged ground and is adjacent to the entrance of a weird night club. The photos can just show a small part of the story. I will never come back to this hotel even if it is free of charge or if it is the only available hotel in Istanbul !!

    Everything was great I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

    We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very close to Taksim Square, which was super convenient. The view of the sea from our room was absolutely beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful – especially Burhan, who guided us and made our stay even better. The only downside was that the fridge didn’t work properly, but apart from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for everything!
