    We booked a 5 day package hotel with EasyJet. It is a budget hotel. Our rooms were adequate, well equipped and clean; albeit a little tight on space. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and we appreciated our rooms being made up each day. Good location too. The Turkish people are very friendly and helpful.

    Arrived at the hotel & we both got upgraded rooms which was a nice surprise! My dad was given a really nice room with a double, single & a chair with plenty of storage. My room on the other hand was spacious enough but had bits of polystyrene sellotaped to the wall to cover something, the bottom of the sink was all exposed & the bathroom had the worst smell of sewageThe bathroom door didn’t shut properly so it’s all I could smell all night, I asked to swap rooms as I couldn’t cope with the smell. I managed to swap rooms & got the economy room which was sooo small, my foot could touch the wall from the bed! The shower pressure was good & the rooms were clean overall. Two members of staff were really friendly (the lad with the eyebrow piercing was really helpful) but the others weren’t friendly at all. Good location but don’t expect much!

    This is a modest hotel but it was all we wanted for a four-day city break when you're out most of the time. The room was small but the bed was large and very comfortable and the shower was large too with plenty of hot water. It's well-placed in an old authentic Turkish street with a dizzying array of eaters nearby. It's only a few minutes from the metro and the main shopping street that gives a direct run down to the Galata Bridge and the old town.The young guys on reception - Subhan and Elchin - were very welcoming and professional and super helpful with anything we needed. Very happy to recommend this hotel.
