    Excellent for people visiting Istanbul as you do not need to stay at the Hotel for long time clean and 2 min from Taksim Street if you do have issues with the stairs please note its not your hotel as they do not have elevator rooms big and clean

    Location is perfect in the centre. Breakfast is not in hotel, you must go out to centre street to other restorant, but is very weak, child was hungry. Room is very small. Disappeared as a personal item after room cleaning.

    Was snowed-in at Istanbul airport and had to find a room back in the city. The hotel i’d been staying in organised this for the night. I was pleasantly surprised. Manager waited til after 1am for me to arrive, the room was clean and quiet (though the city was shut down because of the snow storm), and it was perfectly located, 1 minute from istiklal cadessi. Would happily stay again.

    What a nice experience !We couldn't have hoped for better. The brothers handling the place welcomed us warmly and have been very useful to us throughout our stay. Clean and very enjoyable room, excellent location that makes visiting Istanbul a breeze.I know where to stay when I'll come back to Istanbul.10/10, A+.

    I wish I could have never booked it. The details are the following: 1. Arrival at night resulted in awful ”upgrade”. The room was facing the wall and not what I booked.2. After speaking to the owner he started he gave my room as we arrived late(payment was processed in advance) 3. At 1 am me and my friend (two girls) ended up at night with the owner trying to kick us shouting ”refund for you never” despite not having our room available4. He laughed to the police and insulted us and the police who came to file fraud report. We were shouted at, insulted multiple times on gender basis, he lied to the reservation company saying we never arrived, then that we insulted him (which we never did). We are still dealing with an issue with refund and have no visibility on when and if we get it back
