    Horrible hotel and very dirty.Breakfast poor.Very noise and very catostrof.Bad behavior from the reception agentI make reservation and just on arrival the hotel smell very bad. I sleep the first night and I try to cancel my stay but the hotel refuse to give my money backI will try to get my right and make complain against him In tourism officeThe owner don't like to hear us and accept my complain.I swear I don't give up to have my rights

    In this hotel Mr. Burak, the hotel manager, threatened me with my life, because of a peaceful acquaintance with one of the hotel passengers, this place is not safe for anyone. I suggest not to talk to anyone in this hotel to save your life.

    My wife and I were staying in this place from 7th-10th Feb. 2019.I never go to this place even I have to sleep in the street.Very dirty . Bad Behaviour. No safety. And finally they have stolen my notebook and 500 USD . The note book when we checked out and left the luggages there. And money when we went for breakfast. This place has camera but they put my luggages in a place without camera. Believe it ?!!!!!

    the room was too smal and when you want to move you should do it hardly the breakfast was cold every day and so bad the good thing about this hotel just where its located tow min from taksim square and close to metro and bus stations
