Location

This convenient city hotel is located in the tourist centre and close to the sea. It is located close to the lively city centre and numerous sightseeing attractions such as the Blue Mosaic, St. Sophia cathedral, the Topaki Palace and the huge bazaar. Atatürk airport is reached within only 20 minutes from the hotel. Restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues are all located in the neighbourhood. Public transport network with links just a stone's throw from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 7 suites, 5 single rooms and 8 double rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Due to flight delay, we stayed three nights in Istanbul. I chose this hotel to inspect without reservation because we wanted two bedrooms apartment style. We were happy so we decided to stay. We had to stay in a different room for second and third night due to one being booked for part of our stay. First night upon check-in, the staff was friendly to show the room and offered extra bottles of water. English communication was no problem. Second night after returning from sightseeing to check into a different room, staff changed. English communication was impossible. Had to rely on google translation. Asked for more bottles of water, got two more bottles but was told to buy ourselves if I want more. Third night there was no water at all so I went to ask. Rudely told that I was already told to buy ourselves. I would expect that plastic bottled water is complimentary at any hotels. When we went into second room on the second night, one of the beds was not made and missing duvet. Both rooms had leftover food in the fridges when we entered. Breakfast was somewhat simple in terms of selections. Otherwise location was excellent. Walking distance to most attractions on the old town side. Not sure if I will return to Istanbul for holiday, if I do I would consider other hotels.

    The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the main historic area. The room was clean and comfortable. Customer service exceeded all expectations! They replied to all my questions right away, both through Booking messages and later on WhatsApp.My flight was canceled, and it was very easy to communicate with the staff to rearrange my transfers both ways. I even overpaid for the transfer without realizing it, and they honestly returned the extra cash to me at checkout. Very polite and kind people at the reception. My whole stay was excellent — highly recommend!

    They were the best. We were late getting in. Could not find M55 at the airport but after finding them we were transported to the wonderful hotel. Very accommodating. We were happy with all.

    At the heart of İstanbul

    The hotel looks like a converted home but the location is very optimal. It is at the heart of İstanbul a few minutes away from Sultanahmet Camii (The Blue Mosque) and other historical landmarks. You can also see the Bosporus from the hotel's balcony. It is also conveniently located near restaurants and other hotels. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that there are no elevators in the hotel but there are rooms available on the ground floor. They also have tour partners (e.g. Bosporus cruise and cultural shows) which is very convenient if you haven't planned your tour yet. Overall, the experience was great and convenient.
