This is a terrible hotel and should be avoided. The front and back entrances are on very narrow streets and transport vans will not enter the streets. You have to drag your suitcases across cobbled streets to get to the entrance. Staff were not courteous or helpful. The are not facilities other than a basement breakfast (mediocre) buffet room. Rooms was very small, AC did not work and bathroom illumination was flickering and they didn’t care about it. We arrive off a cruise ship around 11am and we were told rooms are not available until 3pm. I would avoid this place.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs

My stay at Taxim Lounge Hotel was a complete nightmare.1. Loud music blasted from the bars below the hotel until morning, making it impossible to sleep even for a minute.2. We booked a room with two separate beds, but were given one large bed instead, and the reception refused to correct the issue. They offered another room right next to the reception, where it felt like we had no privacy at all, claiming that no rooms with two beds existed... so why do they offer that option when booking?The cleaning staff did their job well, but the hotel itself feels like an old building, not a real hotel.Overall, this place is a huge disappointment no peace, no honesty, no comfortNever again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away!

We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. Convenient location, helpful staff especially Ghadir and Deniz, clean rooms, and great breakfast for the value. Definitely looking forward to staying in the place again.

This hotel is centrally located and very close to the city square, shopping, transportation etc. It may be a little loud for some in the evening, otherwise it is a great place to stay. Front desk is extremely helpful - assisted us with our hired transportation. Many roads were closed and they were unable to reach the original pick up location. The Hotel Attendants worked with them on a new location and even walked us and our luggage to the meeting place. Breakfast was better than most and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
