    AVOID AT ALL COST!

    This place isn’t a hotel, it’s a health hazard. I’m genuinely shocked it hasn’t been condemned. From the second you step inside, the overpowering, rotten smell hits you and never leaves. The entire building feels dirty, neglected, and unsafe, like it’s slowly decomposing.The walls were filthy and stained, as if no one has even attempted to clean them in years. It felt like staying inside a grimy backroom rather than accommodation anyone should be paying for.The shower was an absolute embarrassment, on wheels, clearly borrowed from somewhere else, and shoved in with no care or hygiene in mind. It perfectly sums up how cheap, lazy, and disgusting this place really is.There was a beetle crawling on the window net, which tells you everything you need to know about the cleanliness. If insects are openly hanging around, imagine what’s hiding elsewhere.The balcony door wouldn’t close properly, making the room feel insecure and unfinished. Just another broken feature they clearly don’t care enough to fix.The lift was a pathetic excuse for an elevator, barely fitting one person and feeling more like a punishment than a convenience.The stairways were downright revolting, rubbish bags and discarded mattresses piled everywhere while going up to the room. It looked like a dumping ground, not a place guests should ever have to walk through.When I raised these serious issues, the manager had the audacity to say it was “impossible” to get a room upgrade unless I paid another £100 per night. Paying extra to escape their own filth is beyond insulting.This experience has left me traumatised and deeply uncomfortable. It was stressful, disgusting, and completely unacceptable. It has completely put me off revisiting Turkey, which is a shame.Avoid this place like the plague. It’s not just bad, it’s repulsive.

    After check in, we found ourselves in a very old dirty suite, light not working as normal and a very bad smell coming from the restaurant “Faros” in the ground floor. They refuse to change our room even the manager refused to talk by phone and they refused to do refund. So we left to an hotel on the other side of the road. Trust me never visit it 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

    Great location , clean rooms and welcoming staff , It was our first choice because of location , the room was upgraded for free and it was spacious . Next year we will stay more because we liked almost everything , thank you so much for great experience

    We stayed at the end of April here. The pluses:- the location was very good, next to Taxim Square and the public transport- the staff was very friendly and helpful - the view from the upper floors was great (we stayed at the 6th floor)The minuses:- the hotel is pretty old and the furniture is old and raggedy; this was quite upsetting because the main reason I chose this hotel is because it looked nice- the noise from the street is horrible and that is mainly because the windows don’t close properly

    Everything was excellent. Quick check in and out . Helpful reception. Fast Internet. Good location. Daily clean . Supermarkets and restaurants around less than 100 meters .After check out The hotel called me when I was at airport regarding to missing one of my belongs in the suite .
