  Nice and clean house

  It has 2 bedrooms, big enough, a lounge good for two couples, a kitchen and one bathroom. Overall very clean and tidy. The manager is a very nice person. The street on which it is located was narrow, but very close to Taksim square. Overall really liked it.

  It was a nice suite. The people were very friendly and helpful. It was comfortable as it allowed us to have some privacy and yet still be all in the same place. The kitchen had everything and the bathroom was clean with hot water.

  Excellent Budget Apartment Hotel

  Really good apartment hotel, reasonable prices, value of money. We stayed for six days. Downside being on a hell and taxi drivers sometimes don't know the place, you need to give them the address and they will still ask their colleagues to reach there Pluses: near fruit and vegetables market. Really clean place and offer good heating, also provide good plates and glasses to allow you to cook simple food

  Amazing Well located Apartment with great Host !!!

  Stayed at Taximum Suites for 4 Nights in the first week of October 2015. Let me take you through a detailed review.The location of the apartment could not have been better. The apartment is located just about 5 minutes walk (about 200 meters) from Taksim Square, Istiklal Street & the Metro & Funicular Station at Taksim. There is a small supermarket (akin to 7/11) at about 50 meters from the apartment. Taksim & Istiklal Street is the Nightlife hub of Istanbul. The old city- Sultanahmet is about 20 minutes from Taksim on Tram or Taxi. The apartment was a cute little one, very clean and nice, had 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, a Kitchen and a small sit-out with sofa & small dining table. Has running hot and cold water and all essentials including Cooking Stove, Refrigerator, Electric Kettle & a Microwave alongwith enough utensils and cutlery which one may require. The Wi-Fi in the apartment was quite fast.The owner, Gurkan was very nice & helpful. Infact, we had a problem getting to the apartment initially but he gave the directions to the Taxi driver & was standing outside the apartment to ensure we donot miss the house. His father Osman too was super nice & helped us with our luggage to our apartment (which was on 4th Floor) when we checked in. Gurkan & his cousin Bora spoke good English, so communication was not a problem at all.Negatives – Frankly, found out very few negatives. One, only one of the two rooms have an AC while the other has a fan. It did not make much difference to us since the weather was good and we did not require to put on the AC, but could be an issue in summers. The stairs in the apartment are narrow and one has to be careful climbing up the stairs, especially with luggage. The building doesnot have an elevator. Three, locating the apartment when you are coming first time could be an issue. Overall, we has a great stay in the nicely maintained apartment with great hosts. Thank you Gurkan, Osman & Bora. Special thanks to Gurkan’s cousin, a nice lady (forgetting her name), who guided us to some great places for local Turkish Food at Taksim.
