    Read this before booking !! IMPORTANT

    So we booked through booking.com for a week which is 7 nights , we got there the first night and the room looked nothing like the photos on booking we talked to the receptionist he simply didnt care , the room was too small we had one medium suitcase and it made the passage to the bed impossible JUST ONE , the next morning we talked again to the receptionist again the same reaction you booked this and you got exactly what you booked , which was nothing like the photos , we said it’s fine we’ll mainly use it for sleeping since we’re there to explore the city so we’ll bare with it , to our surprise the second night i found bed bugs and that was it for us we decided to get out from there because we don’t play with bed bugs and i don’t want to bring them home with me , while checking out they didnt even bother to ask why are we leaving before the scheduled time or offer us a refund for the other 4 nights , overall the experience with them was sooo bad i wouldnt recommend at all !!

    We got recommendation for this hotel and booked it directly with the owner. General impression - very satisfied! Would definitely recommend.This is a small hotel but it has everything you need. It is perfectly clean, beds are comfortable and all employees are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, fresh and everyday they would put something new.But above all - location itself! Perfect location to explore Istanbul. All types of public transport are near + you can go by walking to most of tourist attractions. We will come back for sure.

    My daughter and I just stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Communication throughout and before our stay was fantastic and the were always on hand to help.The hotel is simple and perfect, located in the heart of all tourist sites and restaurants, a very short walk from the tram, which made getting around Istanbul easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

    AVOID BECAUSE OF THIS DREADFUL MAN MUSTAFA

    In short the biggest problem this hotel has is with the very rude, most obnoxious Mustafa who works on reception. It is not just my opinion but others who encounter this man. IF this hotel wants to survive then sack this man. Because of him I chose NOT to extend my stay and for this reason it is HE who is losing this hotel potential revenue. The ladies who serve breakfast are lovely-he should learn some good manners from them.

    Good value hotel that is well located in the main tourist district

    Stayed for four nights on vacation. The hotel is really well located near the main tourist sites which were easily accessible by walking or by tram. It is also close to ferry terminal. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the really nice buffet breakfast, with hot and cold dishes many of which changed on a daily basis. A small fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus. A minor negative was the hotel was slightly difficult to find from train/metro station on arrival in the evening, but once located this wasn't an issue. Would happily stay again.
