    That was amazing experience. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was enough space. They give me free upgrade room. And location was nice for me . We will come back when we come in İstanbulllThank you all.See you soon in near future.

    Minus: There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, dry soap in the room. There was a stain on the blanket. We paid extra for breakfast. There is no WhatsApp for foreigners to contact the hotel. The water outlet in the trap was malfunctioning. There was no electrical outlet in the room in a convenient place to charge the phone. The price is very high for its value.Plus: My room was changed to another floor when I was very disturbed by the loud music in the next room at 1 am. Breakfast has quite a lot of variety.

    The water come up from the shower all the time. That's the only negativ.The stuff are kind and helpfull. They need some english lesson, but we could understand each other. I will choose Bostanci Hotel if i plan to go to Istambul again.

    We have made reservation for two rooms, both were dirty and absolutely not hygiene. My wife and myself we have request to clean our room.It was +30 degrees Celsius. Air conditioners were not working properly.

    The hotel is standard, and conveniently located. I enjoyed a great massage in the SPA.Breakfast was regular, only Nescafe was offered.I was disappointed by the lack of service, it was very poor and almost rude.-Bar: I was the only customer. When I ordered a cup of tea I was kept waiting to the point that I got up and left. The 3 employees were chatting and could not care less about the customer. Only when I left and complained they offered to bring me a cup of tea to my room. -Front desk: No help with the luggage.
