    Good hotel but not 4 stars

    The hotel is nice and clean. However there are some lacks and its not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are not 40 square meter. But between 14-20. There is no restaurant when we arrived! The swimmingpool is old and is between two floors. The hotel buffé is good. And the open area is nice.

    The breakfast was terrible! The cold drink dispenser was switched off so the juice was warm. The breakfast was stale we complained and got shouted at by the kitchen staff and the hotel manager! We had no running water for 1 whole day, we couldn't shower or flush the toilet! We definitely don't recommend this hotel. They charge extortionate fees for a very lousy service.

    The first thing is a service! It was nice , they were so kind with me . The second one is my cozy room with Tv , Wi-Fi and with big shower room . My morning were starting from the breakfast 🥞 The real Turkish one , different king of Cheese and olives were tasty

    This hotel should take advantage of their location and try more in order to increase their quality.The reason I usually book this place is location.Everything in this hotel is average.Desk personel should improve at least english language knowledge.Also breakfast could be better and more fresh.

    Clean and cozy, good breakfast, friendly staff. Good location. Near shopping center. Good price for this hotel. There are many shops for leather coats nearby. By car to CNR Expo it takes about 15 - 20 min.
