Location

The hotel is located close to Taksim Square, which is in the city centre and approximately a 10-minute walk away. From Taksim Square there are public transport links to all over the city. 132 suites and 10 studios are located on 20 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub.     Great hotel for visiting Madrid and the staff were amazingly well trained and polite. Breakfast was very good.To get to Madrid was a short drive to the nearby station with free parking then 30 minutes in a direct line.We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

    Just arrived room lovely but tv facing corner so my son can’t lie and watch when got down time I went to desk to ask to swap.     Travelling to Bilbao from the Costa Del Sol the hotel offered a nice place to break the journey. A little fiddly to find but nevertheless worthwhile. A one night stay with parking at no extra charge was a bonus. The car park was open as the the sliding gate not apparently working. Room clean and tidy and comfortable, although a large 'dining area' by reception was only for breakfast there was a limited bar service. A top tip from the Reception team was to avoid going for breakfast between 09-10H as it is usually very busy. As I checked out at 0930 I can say they were absolutely correct.     From the moment you get in. You will feel that you have entered home. Very nice and personable staff. I felt at home. It is very hard to see a place where everybody is genuinely nice.
