    As a mid-range hotel in a good area, we had a reasonably pleasant stay. However, the smell of cigarette smoke in the room—especially in the morning—was clearly noticeable. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, but the lobby was weak.And they had a cute cat, which added a nice touch to the stay.

    I spent nights at The Gate 30 Suite and can highly recommend it. The staff are extremely welcoming, caring and kind. The rooms are extremely comfortable as are the beds and pillows. A bonus for me was that I could open the window in the room and allow in some air. The location was superb - a number of restaurants at the Watergarden within safe walking distance, even at night and right in the middle of the Finance District for meetings.

    The hotel is very centrally located in Ataşehir, a modern town on the Asian side of Istanbul. The good-sized rooms are cleaned daily, have a minibar/refrigerator, modern fixtures in the bathrooms and a large screen TV that is actually a monitor that you use to plug HDMI cables, USB cards etc to watch your own content. There is a supermarket across the street. Due to Covid restrictions there was limited food service but the staff are very friendly professionals. Highly recommended for business stays in Ataşehir.

    If you are staying in the Asian part of Istanbul i highly recommend this place , it is new, small and clean .The stuff are very friendly and they help me so much .I was in this hotel for a business trip and i am very satisfied .The location is great , there is restaurant/cafe in the hotel named LOCALE which is good hang out for the locals too. You get free wifi in your room , the room is clean . the location is very good , there is bar and restaurant complex near the hotel called 216 Boulevard which is very famous hangout place for locals , there is a shopping center, Palladium shopping mall ( 10 min walking ) ,there is a supermarket right across the street .For transportation there is always taxi and there is a bus stop across the street . For returning to hotel you can ask the taxi driver to take you to Fenerbahce basketball Arena ( which is near the hotel ) and then tell the rest of the direction .The hotel dosent have a GYM but there is a park in front of the hotel so you can do your exercises.There is no business center in the hotel but the stuff will help you to print or fax your documents .Since this part of the town is not tourist place you will find most of the locals dont understand English , be patient and use google translator and they will always help you .

    Was stayed in this hotel during my business trip to Istanbul , Pretty good hotel facilities and helpful people .This hotel also near to convenient store ,hypermarket and cafe in walking distance .Personally feel great and will come to this hotel again for future trip to Istanbul .
