Location

This hotel is ideally located, particularly for those wishing to be on the Asian side of Istanbul. The Bostanli ferry terminal is approximately 15 kilometres away and local public transport passes directly in front of the hotel. It is situated some 500 metres from Pendik ferry terminal, and about 7 kilometres from Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

Facility

18 junior suites, 278 single rooms and 245 double rooms are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    Don't Stay there , only the location but if you want to rest you will never feel comfortable there , room with cigarettes smell, air conditioner not working, poor room , I left the room at evening after face many issues.

    Feedback Regarding Emergency Stay at Green Park Hotel

    We were accommodated at Green Park Hotel 01.02.2026 after our flight was delayed. We understand the hotel did not expect such a large number of guests, but the way the situation was handled is very disappointing.After a long and exhausting journey, all passengers were given only one sandwich — and we had to wait almost 2 hours for it. Many people were left hungry.What is especially frustrating is that the restaurant was open and serving full meals to paying guests, while stranded travelers received only a sandwich. This is extremely upsetting and not the level of care guests should experience in such circumstances.

    This hotel is not a five star. The heat in the room stayed at 30 and they were not able to change from heat to air conditioning. It was brutal. The windows open slightly but because it was warm out it didn’t help the room temperature. I got food poisoning the second day of my trip from the eggs and cheese. I never ate again at the restaurant. The hotel is old dark and run down. The gym however is great. But because I got so sick I was only able to use it once during my stay. Overall I wouldn’t go back even it was offered for free with dental package.

    Siamo stati chiamati in camera diverse volte alle 23:30 e siamo stati svegliati da un receptionist che ci ha detto in modo scortese di scendere in reception per pagare subito! Una volta scesi alla reception, ci è stato comunicato che al momento del check-in ci era stata prelevata solo una parte dell'importo e che avremmo dovuto pagare il resto immediatamente. Alla richiesta di ulteriori chiarimenti, ci è stato detto che si trattava di un errore di un nuovo receptionist e che avremmo comunque dovuto pagare tutto in quel preciso momento. Un trattamento del genere da parte di un hotel a cinque stelle che dovrebbe garantire un soggiorno tranquillo con ogni comfort possibile... è inaccettabile!We were called to our room several times at 11:30 PM and were woken up by a receptionist who rudely told us to go down to the front desk to pay immediately! Once we got there, we were informed that only a portion of the amount had been charged upon check-in and that we would have to pay the rest immediately. When we asked for further clarification, we were told that it was a mistake by a new receptionist and that we would still have to pay the full amount at that moment. This kind of treatment from a five-star hotel that is supposed to guarantee a peaceful stay with every possible comfort... is unacceptable!

    We had one night here on a stop over. £8 taxi from airport. We booked this hotel as it had pool that we thought we could make use of for a couple if hours before our flight. Majorly let down by it being £18 EACH to use the facilities! We walked away and sat outside the other side of the pool behind a fence. No one else was using the facilities either. Ask yourselves why?Other than that a comfortable night's stay and lovely food in the bistro. Lots of cats so bring treats
