    This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul's heart. It's a boutique, classic ace with all you need closeby, just a gew mins of the main 'Galatay'. Also the host: Mustafa garantees a great stay and the best recommendations to get to know the cities finest places and nooks. We absolutely love the rooftop terrace and rooms are excellent.

    This isn't 3☆ hotel. It's a rundown accomodation now, maybe in 2015 as the pictures on the website. Property are poorly maintained, there were tiny flying insects in our room. Only saw another guest that made the same mistake as we did, during our stay. Rate is low, but not worth it, almost ruined our holiday.I believe with a few $$$ more, you can get much better accomodation. Reviews that praised this property must be fake.

    1. + Great location. 2. - our Visa card accepted EVERYWHERE except the Loft. 3. - curtain rods pulled out of the ceiling. 4. - adjoining street/alley restaurant music played past midnight, terrible sleeps after jet lag with booming base music. 5. - this hotel has seen much much better days. The images shown make it look absolutely warm and welcoming. Sadly it has totally gone to seed, but location is excellent.

    We absolutely adored the location! The hotel's proximity to Taksim Square, the Galata Tower, and Galata Port was fantastic. Not to mention, Baris and Omar gave us some awesome food recommendations. The room was super cozy, and the terrace? Pure magic. The Loft Istanbul is a solid choice with its great location, awesome tips, and the dreamy terrace vibe!

    Our time spent at this exquisite hotel was genuinely delightful. The allure of the historic structure added to our Istanbul adventure in the Taksim Area. The room was spacious and delightful, and the hotel's position was conveniently situated. We discovered that Karakoy and the Galata district were easily accessible on foot.
