    I was charged 3 times by the hotel plus I was charged 100Turkish Lira extra, I contacted booking.coom for refund and still didn't get any any refund. I will rate this hotel zero star: it is dirty , extremely noisy , the curtains can't close, the doors can't close, the breakfast is poor , breakfast first come first service i.e. if you arrive late you will get no breakfast ! No toilet tissues, the toilet does not flush

    What a shame , such good location but the hotel is just very in loved. Dirty damp towels with holes in them, no running water. The list goes on , we walked in and walked straight out!The biggest disappointment for me is that BA holidays list them such a quality airline should not be dealing with such hotelI will never use BA holidays againAvoid this hotel there are plenty of nice ones about

    Now it's the 7th time that I stayed at Luxx Hotel during our trips to Istanbul , First of all the Location is the most ideal location only 2 min far from Metro Station , few minutes walk to Grand Bazar and same to Mosque . Even in the same street of the Hotels there's a lot of good Restaurants . In some booking we book only for a 2 person room and the staff gave us a bigger room . Staff is very helpful always arrange for airport shuttle . THANKS

    We had originally made a reservation via Otelz.com yo stay at the Allday Istanbul Hotel located about 5 minutes walk away from this establishment. However, on our arrival to the Allday, they only found our reservation after 15 minutes of searching but informed us that they were fully booked and would therefore escort us to their sister hotel, The Luxx. On our arrival to The Luxx, we checked in and the gentleman at reception took our payment (which was around 20% higher than the hotel we had actually booked) and handed our key to us in return.We were taken to the 6th floor in the tiny lift and then up a further flight of stairs - with no bannister or railings - to our room. When we entered the room, my fiancee and I were in shock - the room was dirty, especially the toilet and shower-room, the sheets were stained, the wall paper was peeling away from the wall and there was a halogen heater barely hanging on the wall with a wire and plug dangling! Apart from the obvious health and safety issues, the room was tiny - there was simply no space to place any luggage!We therefore decided to exercise our statutory rights and immediately checked out and requested a refund. My fiancee and I agreed that we would take our chances on finding another hotel, albeit at such short notice, rather than risk spending a night here.The only reason I am giving this place a 'poor' rating as opposed to a 'terrible' rating is due to the fact that the gentleman on reception refunded us without a fuss.

    Yes It is definitely nice place to stay and very very close to everywhere like all historical place but rooms are bit small but it’s nice there are hot water and nice warm room and and friendly and nice staff thanks them all hope see you all later !!! 😊
