Avoid at all costs: horrible experience

    rating21 Sept 2023

Horrible Hôtel: Rude Staff, Dirty, Mould in the bathroom. I don’t know how I’m Earth it’s rated as a 4 stars hotel, it’s not even worth a 2 Star. They don’t allow you to bring food from its ife which is the first time I’ve experienced this in my life. I’ve travelled all four continents to various countries and never had this happen to me where I wasn’t allowed to bring in food. Employees are dishonest and try to scam you for everything you want to order from them: whether it’s a transfer or a tour, etc…I will make sure I warn my friends and family about it so they don’t end up with the same horrible experience I’ve had.

Small urban hotel in historic section of downtown

    rating03 May 2023

This hotel is in the historic section of Istanbul and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. It was our last stop on a bus tour of Türkiye. I walked in the evening to the “blue mosque” after sundown, because it was closed the week before. It took me an hour (2 km each direction) but I felt very safe on the busy street down the hill and then following the tram line all the way. The rooms are small but clean, dinner and breakfast were adequate and generous.

    Avoid, don't waste your money.

Is not a 4 * hotel , the rooms are extremely dirty , when you take a shower the water comes through the sealing, I have changed 3 rooms and all disgusting, the bathroom walls are moldi , the carpet in the room is sticky and stains all over including the walls, all the lights switch where sticks and the phone as well. I will attach photos. The breakfast is depressing as well. Is not worth the money is maximum 2* hotel.

Not inclusive, not hospital, a good staff and facilities ruined by bad exclusive policies

    rating13 Dec 2022

There is no water bottle when you check in for welcomeNo trash can in the roomNo glass for you to drink your own water, juices..etcNo slippers for wc, not even basic plastic slippers, just god awful paper "slippers" that amount to walking barefoot No direction of QiblaNo way to smoke except for standing outside the hotelGod awful buffet in breakfast, no variety in foods for different cultures and countriesNo tread piece of shoes, if the weather is rainy you know your room will be god clay coveredNo balconiesVery not inclusive policies, if you bring food into your room, you pay a fare, you have to bring it to the hotel's "restaurant" to eat it, for you to pay a fare as well for bringing "food from outside"If you open your window and smoke, you pay a fare as well, 50-100$ishIf they spot any signs of food/eating in the room, even snacks, or a smell of a cigg, even if mininal, when they clean daily, you pay a fareYou can't control the condistioner temp at all, nor is the tv of any goodBeen to 4* star hotels, some in European countries, this is by far the worst, like they have a bare minimum checklist from city mayor or something they had to abide and nothing more then they added all their anti visitor policies, didn't feel inclusive or welcoming at all, except for great staff who try to provide you with leeways around the policiesI usually enjoy resting in 4* hotels, I didn't here
