    I stayed at the sign sile on May 21st. Where do I begin. There were so many things wrong I am not sure they got anything right. From the moment I checked in, the AC was not working, the curtains can only either open or close, if they close you cannot open them again and vice versa. The beds I had booked two twin single beds and they ended up giving me a double bed which wasn't even a proper double bed it was two extra bed types put into one.The wifi was abysmal to say the least despite me being GLUED to the router while using it. The soap bar had the thickness of a penny. The carpet covered floors were sticky so I had to wear the hotel slippers during my entire stay, this is not to mention the rude attitude of the entire staff. I complained about a spider and they told me to just kill it and go on with my day.The pillows looked old and unclean as well, add that to the fridge not working. Did I mention the abysmal breakfast buffet with almost no variety or options. They had one type of cheese cut up in 9 different ways to give you the illusion of variety but there was none.I am not sure what else to put in my review there may have been things that I missed but as you can read there is NOT a SINGLE positive I can remember.     Hotel is getting old

    Best choice in territory but terrible!Unfortunately I’m surprised this hotel can be better because of its location and facilities but why its quality fall and fall continuously.When you search for hotels in this territory the best choice is this hotel , there is not better hotel for choosing, but quality of this hotel was not good and it is falling also.

    The Hammam and massage is great. The salt room is on extra cost but worth it. Winter pool is not to be missed. Make sure you get your cap for the pool. The hygiene and ambience overall is very good.     We visited the hotel on 16 November 2019 weekend, we booked suit room with jakuzzi in it. When we checked in we found out that our room is cold when you turn the AC, room turned into steam bath which you are still cold hense outside is plus16 degree .When I called the reception I’ve reached the receptionist just after many calls though no one was picking the phone. When she finally answered, I explained our situation she said “switch on air condition” and thats all she can help me, though I’ve asked to change the room answer was she dont have any free one. Next we wanted to use the jakuzzi but it was not working we call again to reception which they said they are sending us technic service, which never came. So we went downstairs to reception and tell them but the answer was that jacuzzi never worked. Which they said is our fault that we booked it on internet so they couldn’t let us know hence they already charged the payment on check in so they have no responsibility and they cant help us.My advise, never stay in this hotel; full disappointment.

    Here is not exactly hotel , its “big swimming pool with some rooms to stay” .Check in time was too crowded and rush , and reception gives key without any description.Rooms are not equipped for everything you should call reception.No free water and tea ,also no kettle in room .Breakfast and dinner is on service but terribly managed and low quality.Big space but poor managment.Closed Swimming pool is with cold water and open swimming pool have not enough sun-bed , people forcing to standing or waiting for 1 hour or come from early morning to grab a sun bed.Staffs are not educated well and some of them rude .Totally is not suggesting at all.
