  !!!!!!!!!SCAMMM!!!!!!!!.The hotel is a scam,i had a reservation for 3-6 march 2025 don't believe the photos our room was two levels under the ground.It was dirty and pretty small if you are claustrophobic please don't go.The pillow had hairs from previous reservations

  If you're still on your way to this hotel – STOP!The hotel is very dirty and old. There was blood on the bed, the shower door was broken, and the room was generally not clean. While the location is good, it's also very noisy.We arrived at midnight, and the receptionist immediately spoke to us in Russian. The next day, he was sitting with a colleague, and as soon as the colleague heard me speaking Russian, he started causing a conflict.It's a shame that you can't give less than one star – they don't even deserve that one.All good reviews are FAKE,don’t believe.They dont deserve any customers with such service

  Great location and nice room for good money

  Was here in March 2020. The room wasn't huge, but nice, clean, cozy, without any chemical or weird smell. There is everything you need in room: tv, fridge, ac, towels, soap, shower gel etc. Water steam was good and i always had hot water. The room was cleaned every day. I had cool sea view. In the next door hotel there is terrace with amazing view which you can use. There is no elevator in hotel so the people with dissabilities may have difficulties. But the staff is very friendly, helpful. Location of the hotel is great. Some cafes, shops, reataurants, tram station is in the near. But the street isn't loud. Perfect value for money. Will be happy to come again.

  Beautiful stay in Istanbul

  Thank you Theodian Hotel for such a beautiful stay in Istanbul! I was in Istanbul for 24 hours and the staffs at the hotel made sure that everything was perfect from the beginning till the end! The location of the hotel is very strategic in Sultanahmet area, only a 10 minute walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, with many cafes and restaurants around. The room is so beautiful with a little balconette that overlooks the Marmara sea. It is a plus that it is bathed in sunlight and also very clean :)The staffs are polite and friendly, and very helpful with travelling tips around the city. They also helped me with arranging an early shuttle to the airport. Definitely staying there again the next time I'm in Istanbul!

  The worst experience I had so far with a hotel

  We did a reservation on booking.com for 2 rooms (4 adults) 2 weeks before.When we arrived at the hotel (7PM) they told us that there was a problem and they don't have those 2 rooms available, but they would offer us a room for 4 persons instead.We went to see the room and surprise the room was actually for 3 persons and they said they will add an extra bed :).You can imagine you could not walk after in that room.We declined this offer and after they said they would "offer" us this 3 person room and another room at the basement with no windows and a terrible smell.We didn't accept this "offer" and they returned us the money.We then had to go look for another hotel in that area.You could imagine how terrible was for us because it was late in the evening and we had to look for another place to stay.Unfortunately when they returned us the money back they canceled the reservation on booking.com, so we could not post a review there.If you don't want to have the worst experience of your life with a hotel don't choose this one
