    Staff is very casual. No swift response. First morning breakfast didn't come till 9am. There was no water in the property to drink. Receptionist trying to cheat n take money for small favors. Day time Receptionist was rude n continously on his phone. Cleaning lady was rude, out of 4 days stay sh didn't clean the room for rwo days under one excuse or other. Not recommended.

    Very very bad hotel, bad service, no cleaning at all, no provision of daily necessities such as toilet paper and towels, electricity is cut off most of the time, and when you ask for a change of towels their response is that you have to use the same towel every day, and when I asked for toilet paper they told me that shops sell it.I had children with me and their daily needs had to be met. Electricity is essential for living anywhere, and there were long, thin stairs that were dangerous for children as there was no elevator.

    Good location - couple of hundred meters from Taksim SquareGot a basement room where there were two queen beds. One wall was was damp / wet.Curtain didnt cover the window - leaving it open to anyone on the street to peek in to see one of the beds. (We used the other bed)Breakfast menu is fixed buffet. You can have your choice of eggs- as long as its boiled (to modify Henry Fords quote) one cereal, 2 types of cheese, one type of cold cut, bread, tea and coffee, milk. Sheets and towels were clean.Guys at the desk want to leave you alone and want to be left alone. (Assuming it had to do with their limited English)

    The suite was very low level, they are only looking for money, the reception was very, very bad and did not behave properly. Breakfast was not worth it.They didn't even let our luggage stay there for a few hours after check-out and they wanted extra money for this.We felt a lot of insecurity there
